Javier at the front desk was excellent - offering us a free up grade upon arrival. The suites are super modern, with all the facilities you can ask for (including a massive double shower!). The room is spacious and well kitted out. If you can, book the suite with the roof terrace which offers you glimpses or the Sierra Nevada mountains AND the Alhambra. What more can you ask for!?

No microwave or place to warm up food etc. Not a big inconvenience but would have been nice.

We stayed in the Grande Suite. Everything was perfect. The whole place is very tastefully decorated and very well thought out. We arrived outside office hours and, using the clear information provided, had no problem accessing the building and our suite. The following morning we were greeted personally and made to feel very welcome. The owners and staff are friendly, thoughtful and extremely helpful. Although breakfast is not listed as available, there is a small café on the premises which serves a varied and delicious brunch menu from about 9.00am. The location is ideal for exploring Granada and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. Altogether a wonderful place to stay.

We stayed in the suite and the design is modern, clean and very comfortable. The place is walking distance to most of the places of interest and plenty of restaurants around. Most of all, we met Michael, who is British and obviously speaks great English. He is so friendly and helpful. Excellent service from him and he made our stay even better! We will stay there again and hope to see Michael again!

Just minor details- will be nice to have a couple of hooks in the toilet so that we can hang our clothes. Other than this, everything else is perfect!

I loved everything. I loved the room, great view, comfy furnishings, comfy bed and linens, the great location, and especially the staff. They were so nice and helpful. They have a very easy check-in, if you are arriving after the staff has left. They also will reserve parking at a very convenient public parking if you are driving to Grenada. Your website should have a picture of the fantastic kitchenette in this room. It was amazing. This Deluxe Suite had a great balcony. I believe it is the best room in the building.

Bubaqia House - Suites Boutique is located in the center of Granada, very close to the Cathedral and shopping area. The apartment was astonishing decorated. It was very clean (with everyday cleaning) and looks exactly like in the presentation. We have breakfast in the Sussuro restaurant (which is situated in the hotel) and was exceptional. The personal was very helpful, especially Javier (which help us with taxi and train ticket reservation, printing of the boarding passes and other information about Granada). It is an excellent place to stay in Granada!

The location is perfect for accessing all the interesting parts of Granada from the Cathedral to Alhambra and beyond. The hosts were fantastic, making a huge effort to make us feel welcome and helping us find great places to eat. The rooms were perfect for a family of four and there was a lot of space. The extra facilities were also an added bonus. Breakfast the next day was delicious and well worth treating yourselves! We loved everything about this unique hotel and will definitely stay again when we visit Granada.

We stayed in the LOFT (45 sq m with kitchenette). The property is very stylish and room was spacious. Michael, the property manager was super nice and welcoming. The property management booked us parking which was a nice gesture. There is a coffee shop in the property where they serve brunch and breakfast. We were offered 16 EUR allowance for breakfast in the cafe which wasn’t expected.

All was good. I recommend to place a mop in the LOFT to wipe off water after the shower.

The room was fantastic. We loved the fireplace, especially as it's a bit chilly in December. The addition of properly made cocktails in the mini bar was too tempting to resist. The man on reception was very friendly and helpful and the location is great for all the historic sites and the shops.

A bit noisy at night, mainly due to the nearby bars.

Very nice suite with higher end finishes. The location is fantastic. The suite was very clean. It was quiet and safe. It has a kitchenette but not really set up for cooking so not for those who want to cook meals in the suite.

Parking is at a nearby public facility. Driving in Granada is not for the faint of heart.
