I am so glad I booked this place, it was such a comfortable stay and Emily and her mum are so warm and welcoming, it was like a home away from home. I was late arriving due to cancelled trains and Emily helped me with arranging alternate transport, and was there to greet me when I finally arrived. Complimentary fruit and snacks and even homemade limoncello were provided which was lovely. The bed is very comfortable and the location of the apartment is good. I would absolutely come back again!

Emily was so welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. We arrived early and Emily was more than happy for us to store our luggage at the accommodation prior to check in. She also provided a number of recommendations for more local experience of food which were all great and was even happy to help us booking a tour that we were interested in. The location of the property was perfect, a couple hundred metres out of the centre which made it easy to get into the action but equally to escape the rush. Rooms were well furnished, spacious, clean and very comfortable. we had a great stay and would strongly recommend if you’re looking for a good value experience. We loved the place ! Emily is by far one of the best’s hostesses we have ever met ! Her and her mom treated us wonderfully! We thank them so much for being so kind! If we came back, this is for sure where we would stay again and we can highly recommend it ! Everything was perfect!!!

We liked it all ! The room and bathroom were very clean everyday and also very spacious, which made it very comfortable!

What a fantastic spot with a fantastic view, really enjoyed my stay and Emily is so accommodating. The location is very close by only 10 mins from the train and walking distance to everything you need. Easy to get to and elevators in the building taking you up. The room offers a beautiful scenic view and is very spacious with comfortable bed, wardrobe, bedside tables, fridge, tea and coffee facilities, dining table and a large bathroom . The place is affordable for Sorrento and the host, Emily is one of the nicest and very helpful. Highly recommend if you plan to stay in the local area.

It’s hard to begin what i liked about the property. When we arrived in Sorrento we were greeted by Emily with open arms and amazing recommendations and suggestions with what to eat and do for our days. The room we stayed in was spotless and very spacious. The location was great as you were very close to the piazza but without large crowds. I highly recommend staying here as the staff are lovely and beautiful rooms.

We stayed here for 7 days.... and below are the reasons why we think emily suites is perfect! 1. location is key ! It's a 10 min walk away from sorrento city center, and sorrento is connected to almost all the southern towns... almost all the tours will be willing to pick you right from the accommodation as they know it well.... so u will save a lot of time and effort 2. Response time and support is immense! Emily responds to any query super quick ! Almost 5 min is her response time... and is super helpful ! She knows everything about everything ! Extremely helpful and is like a personal guide to Italy... 3. We felt like home ! The hospitality of the entire place blew us away.... the rooms are very well equipped, are amazingly clean, and so organised .... they just make u Extremely comfortable immediately! 4. We love the view and the balcony.... sunset would be at 9pm... and we would reach home by 7.... so would love to spend some time by the balcony staring at the sun set in the ocean.... We loved every bit of this place.... the place was beautiful, so was the the city.... very well connected to other coasts, such nice hosts who made us feel absolutely at home... such good care .... we absolutely enjoyed our trip ! We definitely recommend booking here if u wish to spend a few days around sorrento.... ! Thanks a tonne Emily and team... !

The elevator didnt worked and it was 5 floor. No parking nearby

Emily recommended a couple of resturants and helpt with our travel plans. Her mother even gave us two 24h buss tickets to Positano/Amalfi when we asked her about where to buy them. We got nice proper brekfasts in our room around 8 o'clock and the wifi worked well. The bus/train station is just a couple of minutes of walk away. It was quite a bit of walking to do to/from the harbour with especially with luggage since the sea level is low compared to the town. But there are mini busses. Line c will pass right ouside the suites. Line b is shorter and quicker but you need to walk acouple of minutes to the stop.

There were resonanse vibrations from the three ACs motors outside the room that where a little disturbing. The toilet paper holder where hanged to high and thus useless.

Emily and her mother are old school hosts- the way that hotel/b&b management was done in years passed. They were so helpful and welcoming, flexible with my time of arrival, cleaned the room daily and went out of their way to help me and make sure I had a pleasurable time in their city. Location is excellent and the lift is a blessing and the bed was super comfortable. I was also surprised by how little noise came through the walls.

I didn't realise the room would be a renovated apartment block (because I likely didn't read the info properly before booking) and I was a little apprehensive as a women travelling alone, but it was more than secure. The room backed onto the train tracks, but when you close the metal blinds on the exterior, noise was minimal- and not disturbing.

The thing I enjoyed most about Emily's place was how accommodating and welcoming Emily and her mother are. Minutes after we checked in we had a delicious glass of OJ in our hands which was so nice after waking from the train station. As soon as we walked in we could smell some freshly baked bread and cake and I knew we were in for a treat. The breakfast every morning was great! Lots of options which was perfect for my wife who is pregnant. The beds were super comfortable, I think it was the most comfortable stay on our trip in Europe. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone to stay here!
