What I loved is that we were taken care of so wonderfully. We had originally been given a room on a higher floor and after check in we were offered a room on a lower floor so it would be easier to get to and from our room. We had no physical need for a lower floor and we were only going to be there one night, but still we were offered the change. This is great service, our accommodation changed for our comfort and without us asking. That was wonderful. Also, my German is horrible and the man checking us in did not speak English. His friendly nature and alot of hand gestures and his patience with my bad German made check in free of stress. The location of the Hotel for Kassel was perfect for everything we wanted to see.

It had perfect location in the city centre, close to restaurants and shops. The room was clean, well equipped, with a big comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. It had everything we needed, and there was even enough space for morning exercise. We were let to check in already at 10, and the staff were very helpful and kind. Both me and my 7yo child enjoyed the stay. Great value for the money paid. Absolutely recommend!

Central and quiet. Local to large square with shops and restaurants. Lots of interesting buildings over the road with great views.

Parking was a little exposed but ok TV channels very limited and not great if you don’t speak German but this is a small issue considering the price and I was only there for a short night

Room was clean and modern, even still smelt of paint. Had good facilities in it and the free parking was much appreciated especially as it was on site.

Could do with a safe and aircon especially as the road outside could be a bit noisy and we had to leave windows open due to the heat. The noise didn’t bother us too much but it would if you were a lighter sleeper. We did book last minute but gave an estimated arrival time so were disappointed to find that when we got to the hotel no one was there to let us in and we were waiting outside for almost 30 minutes before they arrived.

The room was small and comfortable, everything was quite clean. The hotel staff responded very quickly that we needed an extra blanket and sheet for the baby, and brought everything. We were satisfied with the service. Free parking space was provided.

The room is clean and comfortable, we can find everything we need, also the room is clean, so we are very satisfied with the condition. The most important is the location, it's in the middle of the city center!

The hair dryer is little bit old, although it's not the first thing I would concern, however if the hotel would like to improve something, I guess to change a new hair dryer would be an option, however so far is also good!

Room only. Location was excellent easy walking distance to almost all attractions, restaurants etc. Central but very quiet, very comfortable bed, small but adequate single rooms. No smoking, very important as smoking allowed still in bars

As a person with social anxiety the check-in was perfect, you can get your key out of a safe at the front door.

It was very cold in the room cause the heating was turned off after I came back at night and it took a little for it to be warm again

Stayed here for 2 nights due to work. Location was fantastic, you're right next to the shopping street and have plenty of stores and food places nearby! Room was comfortable, clean and had a ventilator 😊

The hotel is in the very center, right behind the Königsplatz. The room was small but functionally ideally furnished, I did not miss anything in it. Super clean!

The sound isolation could be a bit better. The pillows could be a bit more comfy.
