The staff was friendly and helpful when I arrived. We opted to eat dinner at the restaurant/bar. It was nice to have a location within in the hotel for meals. We also paid extra for breakfast. Nice to have that option. Our server at both meals was friendly and attentive.

The food itself at dinner was okay, not great, not bad, just fine. We paid extra for breakfast. I was really looking forward to the breakfast but I was disappointed. It was standard "hot breakfast options" that you would find at the average hotel that has a hot breakfast. When I purchased the breakfast online, I assumed that it would be an upscale type of buffet with waffle and omelet stations or it you could choose off of a menu and it was made to order.

Probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! It was super clean, the staff was very attentive and really went out of their way! Miss Ke at the front desk was absolutely amazing and has the best personality, the bartender was equally amazing and offered many suggestions, the third shift front desk person was also extremely helpful and made sure we got everything out of our stay. Housekeeping in general was always on the move and super friendly. The entire staff has a great vibe together and it's quite contagious. We smiled our entire stay!

The pool is down for maintenance at the moment but the hotel gives you vouchers to use the pool at a facility very near by! Never had anybody offer that when their pool is down so still a plus in our book!

The minute we walked through the door we felt very welcomed. We found our room very clean, very roomy, no disappointments whatsoever. The hotel was conveniently located not far from places to find food and drink, easily accessible to where we were going to ball games for granddaughter, and very helpful staff in all aspects. We'll go back again.

Great friendly staff in the reception, pool and gym were awesome. Also good breakfast buffet, not many options but good to keep you full for a conference. Also the best part is the shuttle service that the hotel provides :)

Location was boring though, Burr Bridge has not much to do ;) It was very hot when we visited Chicago!

We asked for a back room to prevent the highway noise and provide it. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. It was s clean and friendly location. We didn't eat there however the had a nice big spread for breakfast. I will definitely stay there again

Although it was very clean and the facility was very well kept they do need to get a handle on the mice problem around the grounds of the building

Good location. Easy to access off main highway/interstate. spacious.

At first, I was concerned about the room because it was on the side of a main busy road which would be noisy. But the desk clerk was very accommodating and relocated. My sister and I to the back of the building and it was wonderfully quiet.

The room had pretzels on the floor that was from a previous persons stay. I was there to relax but couldn't due to the guest being put right next to me, they were talking so loud! From 3 to 6am . I do wish I had a microwave inside the room... just wish it would have been a little quieter

When I booked this hotel I was expecting to have a complimentary breakfast. Waking up in the hotel the next morning I found out my room didn't qualify for the complimentary breakfast. I was very disappointed.

Nice comfy room. The bar restaurant is really good. Great BBQ bacon cheeseburger and wings. Great service. 3 minutes away is the nice outdoor mall area and 3 minutes the other way is the famous Chicken Basket restaurant. I will stay here again when business calls.
