Great stay and the staff were very attentive, especially Neeraj, Pralay and Lalrin in the restaurant. The room was very clean and quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast spread was really good each morning, and ended up having lunch there the first day, and dinner there most nights, as Neeraj was looking out for us each time and the food was really good. Also enjoyed the terrace lounge one afternoon. Picked this hotel as it was central to places we were visiting on our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Only notes were that the room didn't have a safe and if you called an Uber, you had to walk a couple minutes away to a traffic circle instead of pickup directly at the hotel. Otherwise all good.

the hotel was great. The staff was very helpful and courteous, the room was big and clean and the breakfast buffet had lots of options. The only slight downside is that the pool is in a different building and not the easiest to access. The temperature of the pool is not regulated and the water was very cold.

Better access to the pool instead of having to step out of the building and walk around to the back to the other building. An indoor connection would have been great.

Excellent Breakfast, Everything well organized, staff well disciplined and well mannered, Everything testy,fresh and timely prepared.

The whole hotel,staff, reception service, room service inshort everything excellent...if will come in Bangalore in future...I will definitely stay in this hotel...hope I will get a chance to stay there.

The staff are courteous friendly and always at your service. Overall the property is at a convenient location and offers good value for money Good selection and variety of dishes for breakfast.

The room safe does not work and it happened during both my stays there. Even the shower curtain was missing. So the housekeeping could be improved.

Very well kept. Anjali at reception, Rakesh and Lalrin in restaurant and Sagar made our stay a bit more special. Can’t remember all names but everyone made our stay super special.

Swimming pool access

Outstanding breakfast spread. Staff was mighty helpful. In the room that was allotted for me, the window was not closing properly. When they found they could not fix it to my expectation, they swiftly moved me to another room.

The breakfast was good and very much comfortable with the stay and hospitality. The front office executive was highly excellent in her hospitality and dedicated with the customer concerns with immediate effect.

I would highly recommend to have a vegetarian Restaurant inside the hotel separately for people you are pure veg.

Should have more space at the reception area with sofas for people to wait and chat. Upgrade required for the room furniture.

The breakfast was very good with enough variety of cut fruits, juice , south indian dishes like Idli, dosa vada etc. The ;location is excellent

The bath room shower area can be better. Now the partition is not enough. So water is spilling over to adjacent floor. Shower area can be fully isolated with glass door.
