The quality of the food, the staff, the level of cleanliness all met a very high standard and would definitely return, in fact I am booked to come back in March. Would highly recommend to any visitor, particularly close to shopping and some restaurants. I also appreciated the constant supply of water given I don't use the tap water.

I think just the quality of the extras like the robe. If you are going to provide things like a robe or slippers make sure they are of a high standard so they feel like a little extra. Also the exercise bike didnt work and so would recommend replacing it. Sometimes in a room if you see items are running out every time just provide enough to keep the person going as I was working in my room and so couldn't have housekeeping in every day and so had to actually go and purchase some basics

I had the best experience ever. Food was super delicious. Free fruit baskets every day. Discounted laundry compliment. Reception and housekeeping staffs were so polite and diligent. I met Mr.John at the front desk reception. He is the legend. Who greeted upon my arrival around 2am. Got the chef to cook Biriyani. True legend in making guests delighted. John also helped me all the way till my departure. When I had severe fever. Chef made me turmeric milk. It was emotional when the hotel staff including John took care of me. I had huge number of grocery product to pack. John arranged me boxes so I had easy time to courier them from the hotel. Reception manager Harish and Stephen also helped me to unload huge boxes to the truck. Finally, I booked the airport drop from Adarsh Hamilton. I was given brand new car. While my stay at Adarsh Hamilton I felt safe, clean and luxury. I bet even most of the European hotels fail to compete Adarsh. I felt Adarsh Hamilton hotel is like my second home.

These are very minute things. Hotel is truly exceptional. But it’s nice to have. AC remote control and Master power switch should only turn off lights. Not the whole power and AC.

+ Friendly, welcoming and attentive staff throughout the hotel. + Nice and spacious room with a big window (many other hotel rooms in Indian cities where I previously stayed had no window at all, so that's a plus) + Many sites in Bangalore are within easy reach by foot (Cubbon Park) or rickshaw taxi (Bangalore Fort, KR Market, Bangalore Palace, Lalbagh Botanical Gardens, Tipu Sultan Palace). + Good internet connection. + Hotel is a bit off the big and busy Richmond Road, which mitigates traffic noise. + Good food in the restaurant.

- There was a problem with the shower on my first day, but it was readily repaired. - The light system in the room can be a bit confusing at first (if you are not yet familiar and accidentally use one particular switch that turns off all lights, no light can be switched on at all for some time and you find yourself in the dark).

Liked the property and especially the staff, very helpful, went out of their way to make our trip comfortable, from the reception staff to the room service. Room had all the amenities water, kettle, ironing board, iron, shaving kit etc. Hotel is clean but could do with cleaner carpets in the walkways. Breakfast had a good spread of Indian and continental food. Good variety of food for room service and in the restaurant.

Everything was just excellent. The rooms are super clean. The beds are nice and large! the staff is super polite and the food is just so good!! We stayed there for 3 nights and barely felt the need to step out to eat! Even a simple dish like dal khichadi was made to perfection! The breakfast spread was so good. oh god! i can go on and on and on of what an amazing stay it was.

Very good centrally located hotel. Staff are very polite and helpful ... from the front doorman to dining area and maintenance, everything done with a smile. Definitely recommend this place.

May be a little pricey , but that may be the industry standard. Pricing should include taxes as you always get a little surprise when checking out (applies to most things when traveling unfortunately)

Breakfast was excellent. We only stayed two nights, so we saw little of Bangaluru. However, the hotel was very convenient for Ubering around!

The bar scene is subdued, as the bar is literally part of the dining area. But the staff was gracious and accommodating when we asked if the Cricket matches could be turned on while we dined.

Very clean and modern rooms, great service, delicious breakfast and cappuccino. I liked that there’s the possibility to book sightseeing tours right at the reception. The lighting in the bathroom is perfect, beds are comfortable and the housekeeping staff very efficient. The staff at the reception was also very helpful. A great place to stay when you are in Bengaluru.

for our purposes, the location was great. Very quiet but still central. At Breakfast there was a big choice of western and indian foods, and dinner options (including room service) were very good and varied as well. Rooms were a decent size and always well stocked with bottled water. Service was very good.

The AC in the restaurant was set very cold, and the beds were a bit too soft for my liking. A bit of a shame is the lack of a bar outside the restaurant. But this is complaining on a high level.
