The apartment is in perfect location, from the small balcony we had a great view on the main square and the charming narrow street below. We had excellent communication with the host when arriving. Just walk around, feel Andalusia and enjoy. The public bus service is very convenient to get around. So is the taxi transportation. We booked our visit to Alhambra at the Tourist center right on the corner next to the apartment, adding a guided walking tour to the upper town admiring the view to the Sierra Nevada and the magnificient complex of Alhambra.

Small windy streets are magnificent and charming but a driving challange if you are not used to it. Be prepared that parking is not easy.

Great location. Clean. Excellent service. Kind, and willing to help stuff. Apartment room. Suitable for a long stay, washing machine, refrigerator, stove, etc. Relatively close parking in additional payment although finding it in the first time was a challenge.

The location is excellent. Can’t stress that enough. The hot water and water pressure were great. The place was super clean and the bed was comfortable. I was traveling alone but the place could easily accommodate three. There’s a small safe for those who’d like that. The first flight of stairs (from the main door on the street to the ground floor) is made accessible to those with limited mobility in wheelchairs. The bag storage service downstairs (5€ for 24hrs - I only had a small bag) at Play Granada came in handy.

There isn’t an elevator in the building (as far as I saw) which could be a hassle for those with bigger and/or multiple bags and children’s carriages. But the place is made up of rooms on two floors only.

Cleaness - need to clean air-conditioner: dust constantly fell out from living room air-conditioner. A sofa sitting under the air-conditioner became full of black dust in 10 minutes of turning on (I thought I was confused or hallucinated) Storage service - is not available but can use the service provided by the Play Granada located nearby Steps - have steps to access a bathroom ; needed to keep lights on for safety. The steps are a bit high, so it's not recommended for people with bad knees

Location was excellent. Steep stairs to access for elderly couple with luggage. Apartment was exceptionally clean and although there was plenty going on until lateish insulation meant it was still pretty quiet at night. Facilities were clean, modern and worked well.

The eleven steepish stairs at the entrance were hard on our old knees although once you got to the lift it was fine. Also it could be rather chilly at night, though I imagine it would be a blessing in summer. The washing machine (which had been a major factor in selecting this place because we had been travelling and needed to do laundry) was an unfamiliar barrel type, rather puzzling to use until the very helpful cleaner showed us how to operate it.

The appartment was located in a busy street. It was too noisy. I did not sleep well with the noise. It also has very bad internet connection. We didn’t use it much since we were out most of the time but at night, we needed internet for few hours and it didn’t work throughout our stay. I brought it to the hotel’s attention but it was not resolved. There was no follow up either if it worked after it was as promised to be fixed. My suspicion was it was really never fixed.

Parking, if you rent a car, is difficult to maneuver in this specific part of the city, weird traffic laws and no space on the streets.

After a mix-up by booking.com the room we booked wasn't available, so the hosts very generously moved us to their penthouse suite at miravalle cathedral for no extra cost! This means I can't review the room listed, but the room we received was perfect, very clean and comfortable and in a great location! We also saw the location of the listed Darro room and can say it's amazingly located just under the Alhambra.

Everything! The building is ancient but very well-remodeled. The apartment #1 was great. It was super clean and neat. The bath towels and kitchen towels were impeccable. The bathroom was super nice. They do have a washing machine, iron, and safe in the room. It is very well equipped and offers everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The location is excellent! It feels very safe. I highly recommend this place.

Everything was great. The personnel was very attentive, and the place is highly recommended.
