I wholeheartedly recommend The Whitehouse Bed and Breakfast in Dingwall for anyone seeking a charming and comfortable stay in the Scottish Highlands. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The breakfast was a true highlight, with fresh, local ingredients cooked to perfection. It was the perfect way to start a day of exploring the beautiful surroundings. My room was impeccably clean, well-furnished, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom was equally clean and well-maintained, with everything working as it should. Parking was readily available, which was a definite plus. But what truly set The Whitehouse apart was the friendly and welcoming staff. They were always happy to chat and offer recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, making me feel right at home. I recently had the opportunity to stay at a 4-star hotel for a business trip, and I can honestly say that The Whitehouse provided a far superior experience at half the cost. The personal touch and genuine hospitality simply couldn't be matched. If you're looking for a delightful and authentic Highland experience, look no further than The Whitehouse Bed and Breakfast. I could have stayed there much longer.

The Whitehouse is cozy, warm and inviting. You’ll see when booking that it’s in a smaller village. By virtue of this, it’s a quiet area, with great views of the surrounding gardens and streets (or at least our room). Brekkie was an add on for 10£ and absolutely stellar. I’m veggie but was still filled up on a fry up of mushrooms, tomatoes, eggs, beans and possibly more? I feel HORRIBLE to have forgotten her name, but the owner is a gem. Amazing local recommendations and as mentioned, makes a MEAN breakfast. Would love to come back again. Cannot be more positive about this one x

Really friendly welcome to this pleasant hotel. It's simple but it's just what I was looking for. The bathroom had clearly been done up recently, to a very high standard, with a fabulous shower. Comfortable bed, exceptionally quiet room, and a really nice host. There's no breakfast service, but it's literally a minute's walk round the corner to the Spar which sells a bacon roll etc and coffee for just £3.

No negatives.

Excellent host. Comfortable bed and attached bathroom. A fan was provided during the hot days.

Getting food was a bit of an issue. There is a Spar market and a pub in walking distance - though the pub is not near enough to walk home after enjoying two pints of Guiness 😉

Quiet area beautiful location. Host was very attentive. All usual facilities were available.

Booked this property as reviews stated breakfast was delicious etc. told by host that breakfast is no longer catered for at this property. So be aware when booking no breakfast is available. But can be purchased in the village or a road cafe on Torre roundabout does a beautiful breakfast if you are Hungry.

Brellin is very lovely. She has many good tips and you feel very welcome. I liked that it's a quiet place. There's everything you need nearby. Special thanks to Socks and Stormy, the two cute cats. 🥰

We had a very comfortable stay here for one night. Brellin was a fantastic host - she was super accommodating, allowing us to check in early and helped us with some time sensitive life admin we had to complete. Very kind. The external bathroom was not a problem. It was private and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend. P.s. I recommend the Allangrange nearby for dinner.

Excellent location with safe parking for the bike , customer service was impeccable and our host was very friendly , informative and cooked a delicious breakfast ,10 /10 hands down for thise place

We didn't have time to stay another night and wished we did, the town of Dingwell was really nice,

Was clean and comfortable in a small village location which suited us as it was near to friends. We were made very welcome.

It says outside it was a Bikers B&B so we don’t know if it would get busy and noisy. However when we were there it was quiet and really pleasant thank you.

The location was very good. The breakfast was very good too. We were well looked after. The owner was kind and helpful.

It would have been nice to have some fresh toiletries in the bathroom (as free toiletries were outlined in the property facilities).
