The self-check-in, without a human, was smooth as it gets, you scan a key card, and it assigns you the room automatically. Same about checkout. The facilities and the accommodation were clean, and sufficient what you need. Modern bathroom, and even a washing machine. The Internet speed was good. The hotel has a small gym, which is great! The coffee to-go at reception, when checked-out was good and hot :) Recommend, 9/10, best value.

The TV didn't work, has many satellite channels, but none work (some card/key missing for decoding, or something) - it was useless, we had to use our small laptop to watch the football game. Secondly, there's some street construction work going on, so parking was troublesome, but we managed to find a spot in the same block, 5 minutes away (hotel gives clear instructions)

We loved the location. Being able to store our luggage before check in and after on the day of departure was incredibly helpful. They even had laundry machines that were accessible. The room had a fridge and kettle, as well as some cutlery. Sadly one of the two mugs had a crack in it so we took turns to use one..however we were impressed with what was made available to us. It was clean and within walking distance to several restuarants and popular tourist areas, such as the ferry and the art museum. Overall, great value for money.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to both the city center and the train station, with a public transport stop right in front. The self-check-in and check-out system is well thought out and extremely convenient. The apartments are clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. A nice bonus is the free coffee available in the hotel lobby. The staff communicates well and is helpful in resolving any issues.

Our stay at apartments was both comfortable and convenient, perfectly located just a 20-minute walk from Lund Cathedral or a quick 10-minute bus ride (bus stop is in front of the building). The apartments feature cozy, comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave. I particularly enjoyed the TV positioned near the bed, allowing for relaxing evenings watching shows. The inclusion of free hot coffee available for early morning takeaways was a delightful touch. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Overall, this is an excellent choice for anyone looking to explore Lund with all the comforts of home.

Everything was good, except for the fact that the receptionist was only available for one or two hours in the early morning and absent for the rest of the day. I encountered other guests who faced issues with the self check-in process as the printer didn't provide the room number, leaving them confused. They had to call the staff multiple times, but there was no immediate response.

The room was clean, with clean towels and really warm (travelled in December when temperatures were low). Close to good transport links to both Lund and Malmo. The beds are clean and amazingly comfortable, so good could have stayed in bed all day.

Not enough plugs in the twin room, only one and had to trail leads across the room. This is only a problem as I have medical equipment I use when I sleep, but I managed to find a way around it and as I was the only one in the room it wasn't a problem.

Self checkin didnt work, phone wasn’t answered, in the end we managed to find somebody to help. Parking was very narrow, also due to the bikes which were placed on the same narrow lane. But, although is was difficult to get in and out we did find a parking space everytime we came back.

Check in is a kind of "escape room experience". The main entance code did not function therefore a family, who arrived at the same time called the contact number but no-one answered. Luckily some guest went out from the hotel/opened the door and that's how we got in. The check in computer did not function either, there was no our reservation found. In the meantime the staff called back and told us that they already did a check in for us and where are the key cards-she told me that the message with this info was sent to me, but I recieved only the one with the computer check in instruction. However everthing was ok in the end and it was not something that would spoil our experience of generally great hotel.

New clean and stylish no frills hotel. Room spacious, clean, nothing needed to improve. After hours check-in was superbly prepared. Free coffee in the foyer, friendly staff during staffed hours. There is a fitness room.

The hotel is a good walk away from city center. However, Lund public transport is excellent, so no big problem. Unfortunately the fitness room has exercise bike with wide saddle instead of proper spinning bike. Spinning bikes are cheaper and better for workout. Also this is no major criticism, as I have not yet found a hotel in Lund with spinning bike. When I do, that will be the hotel I stay at every time.

I was really amazed, how every process from check-in to check-out was fully automated. It was really satisfying to be that independent from anyone, since you could do everything yourself - maybe it's common in Sweden, but it is unimaginable in Germany! That way, you immediately felt at home. Also, I liked the Gym :)

Well, the construction site was really loud and anoying, but I can't blame the Hotel for that. Especially, since the problem was communicated clearly in all emails. Apart from that, the radiator was kind of noisy, and the TV had almost no programs. But those were minor problems, I really enjoyed the stay.
