From the start Jeff Mercado exemplifies great customer service support. He was welcoming apologetic, attentive.

The things that I didn't care for. considering the price per night. however, just a little bit more attention to cleaning detail behind the faucet on the bathroom sink, the water could have been a degree or two warmer, and the door to the showers was stuck upon entering and exiting rm 405. I totally understand that sometimes details are missed, and that after the stay is over customers don't always report. However, I've come to realize that if I don't report the small things, they could become a bigger problem. As long as I do it respectfully and it is taken care of for the next customers then it works. And when I return those small detail wouldn't be an issue. Overall I would recommend. Thank you 😊

The hot tub and room were fine. The toilet sat a little low, but I love that we were on the top floor, just without a good view. Wanted to see the water and buildings out my windows. Was there to celebrate my husband birthday 🎂

No good view, and that breakfast wasn't included with our stay. Paid 190 for one night plus $20 for parking a night and a C.card $50 holding fee(damages) that I didn't know about until I got there. They could a lease give us breakfast 🤷🏾‍♀️.

Stayed here for the football game. The staff was very nice and helpful. The inside is clean, nicely decorated and had a nice snack selection. The restaurant was really good. Full bar, tv’s and a lot of comfortable setting. My room was nice and it was clean. Comfortable bed and pillows.

I would mention that I didn’t like the sheer curtains in my room. You could see through them. My room faced other rooms and it was the same. You can see in rooms that have lights on. It should be more private for the amount of money charged.

Hello, my name is Vanessa Wattley, my dad and my stepmother and I stayed at your hotel for a few days. The staff was very nice. I would like to say a special thank you to Mrs. Rose Haskins she was always smiling, very helpful, and kind. When we came back late from the conference we forgot to get clean towels. Rose gave us clean towels. The second day of our stay was very hectic. When I booked my room through a third party, breakfast was supposed to be included for myself and my family. Rose allowed my 75-year-old father to have breakfast for free. And, the wonderful lady who was placing the orders for breakfast allowed me and my stepmother to have a free breakfast also. microwave was not very powerful, more cups in room

We came in to see the Dallas vs Jacksonville game. Room was neat, hotel was nice clean overall. Staff was very accommodating for us coming in on train early Saturday morning.that was awesome! Good location there was a close bar and good BBQ restaurant close. All and all would recommend this hotel...

We found hair on beds, breakfast should have been included for price we paid.. didn't understand why no bar on Sunday afternoon and night at hotel.. Front desk could have done better job in explaining how charges would be applied when we asked to split the cost of the room. We did get a good explanation after later asking another agent.

Great location for our trip and staff. Fairly large bedroom. Bed was ok but only 4 extremely soft pillows ( 2 medium and 2 soft would have been better)

Our room must have been right by the main air unit. It ran often, long and was very loud. We didn't get much sleep. We would have asked for a different room if we had planned more than a one night stay. Breakfast was an issue. We were told it was an extra $15 each because we used a third party to book our room and didn't pay extra at booking for breakfast. Their website stated free breakfast but that wasn't honored for us, that was a disappointment.

The room was clean. The staff was friendly. My stay almost felt like home away from home.

I didn’t like having to pay $17 daily for parking. I didn’t like having three different hold amounts on my credit card . The first hold is the price of room. Second hold is for accidental damage. The third hold I have no idea what it’s for, called hotel for explanation and all I got was give it 5 days to go away. Third charge is still pending while other two charges have already been settled. Don’t play with my money! At least let me know what the hold is for.

Location was great if your doing anything in the center of Jacksonville. I mean your no more then a 15 minute walk or a 4 minute drive from the river walk area .

If I had to be honest the area not but like three blocks away is excessive filled with vagrants. And if your bringing your family into this area just be cautious. That and everything you want to do In this area expect to walk or take the tram because finding parking that you can actually use on the street is dam near impossible.

Location was great (visiting family at the hospital).

We were charged for parking upon checkout even though we made a point of telling the clerk we had no car at check in. This was resolved at checkout but was a pain to deal with. Breakfast was confusing. Walking through the lobby it looked like the coffee was free but there were no signs letting you know what was what. The pantry at the front desk could have used more options. Some quick oatmeal or ramen noodle cups that just need hot water would be nice.

The breakfast was OK. Staff monitoring it was very helpful.

Needs a better selection. Other Hilton facilities have many more options for breakfast. The door to out room was very hard to open and would not close completely. We had to stop and finish closing it. Needs adjustment.
