Everyone I interacted with from Aracelli, Trinity, Joel, Kari, the lovely Hydea, Emma & her bartending game, & the ever congenial Stewart are all to be commended for their exemplary service !!! What an awesome team. Having stayed recently at Ventana's Lodge & Marriott Univ Park, this team bests them all. Don't sleep on this crew. Very humble & capable gen Z peeps. It was very nice and comfortable. Very family friendly. I like how there was so much room. You get a living room and an actual room I really liked that. The pool was nice and cooling and clean. The property itself was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was really good too.

The only thing was the AC didn’t work to well. The bedroom would get so hot at nights it would be a little difficult to sleep.

From the moment we walked into the property, my entire family was extremely impressed. The staff are extremely kind and go above and beyond to make you comfortable. The rooms were large and very clean. Everything was amazing 👏

Some of the restaurants' prices were expensive but the meal was very good. $5 for a soda, $10 for an alcoholic beverage that was very small and $17 for a burger and fries. I have a family of 5, so the bill was a little shocking, but other than that, our stay was absolutely amazing. Customer service was exceptional.

Beds are comfortable. Rooms are full of useful amenities: minibar, fridge, coffee maker, iron and board, hairdryer. Location is not quite downtown but it's quite close to public places, even bus stop is just few steps away.

The tap water in the room doesn't smell good, I checked with the reception he said it's ok to drink but he agreed it doesn't taste good. Breakfast could have made some varieties. It's a bit monotone, same exact type everyday. For me and the group who are Muslims, the breakfast is not really halal-friendly but we got to manage to eat something that we think ok such as: boiled egg, yoghurt, tea, coffee, orange juice, granola.

Laid back cozy hotel that lets you truly enjoy all that Tucson has to offer. The place has a cheery holiday atmosphere, staff was extremely friendly and willing to get me quarters for the laundry, and the facilities are ideal for a holiday traveler: a laundry room on every floor, a pool bar open late into the night, a wonderful breakfast, and most importantly for Tucson: shady common areas and air conditioning.

This was by far the best place I have ever stayed. The staff is kind and friendly, and some are funny. The room was spacious and clean and we felt comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and the staff at the kitchen were amazing.

I have nothing negative to say about the location, stay or the staff. everything and everyone exceeded my expectations

I liked the fact that all rooms faced in towards the pool and restaurant. The pool was open and that was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast staff was very good and very hospitable. I felt safe there as well

The Rooms, the suite was large and the two rooms made it easy to separate others that wanted to rest. Lots of places to sit and relax. Also the main center of the hotel was beautiful. Lastly, my guy Alan was very very helpful getting me checked in early as I needed to put my stuff in my room to go work. Couldn’t have been better.
