This is a quiet hotel right in the city centre, with all main sites in comfortable walking distance. This included the station so we could easily travel to Siracusa and Taormina. The staff were friendly, helpful, welcoming and good fun to chat with. The room and facilities are lovely. They have floated modern facilities within a very traditional house and courtyard, which is a lovely combination. The restaurant team are very welcoming and dinner is a gastronomic delight, an upmarket twist on traditional Sicilian cuisine.

We had a great experience at Habitat Boutique Hotel. The room was spacious, well-designed, and had all the comfort you’d expect from a hotel of this level. The bed was very comfortable, and the shower was excellent – the kind that makes you want to stay in a little longer. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore Catania on foot. Breakfast was spot on – everything you need, fresh and plentiful. The staff was another highlight. Attentive, kind, and always ready to help, they really made the stay even better. All in all, a great place to stay in Catania. Highly recommended!

The only downside? A bit of noise in the evening from the bar downstairs. Nothing too dramatic, but worth noting if you're sensitive to that kind of thing.

Absolutely amazing boutique hotel in prime location! Our room was wonderful: clean, nice, airy, tastefully decorated and overlooking the charming garden / court yard. The bed and bed linen was ever so nice and crisp and the bathroom, shower and complimentary products of high quality. The breakfast was delicious and only the best products were used with plenty of emphasize on local products. It is worth mentioning that the court yard, was not 'just' a court yard, but a wonderful tranquil area with plenty of plants and local herbs - with huge lounge area and comfortable furniture, where one can relax after a long day sightseeing and exploring Catania. The staff was very professional, helpful, kind and understanding; we were welcomed by the loveliest and most efficient woman, called Valentina, who made our stay very memorable. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect!

Great location, nice and clean accomodation. Nice design. Very good breakfast!

There was no closet or at least a coat hanger where we could hang our jackets. There was a small shelf like cabinet in the bathroom but it did not suit for two people’s clothings… the room had enough space so it was really uncomfortable to leave our wet clothings and coats on the sigle chair, floor. Although our room was with a balcony and a really nice view for the Bellini theathre, square, the bars on the street were very noisy durin the night. The bar just under was banging with music at 1 am… if someone wants to rest, this is concerning.

Comfortable and tastefully decorated rooms in sicilian style with a modern touch, soap/shampoo/body cream/conditioner/ earplugs/toothbrush etc. all available in each room. Exceptional breakfast with locally sourced ingredients (smoothies, dolci, marmalades, honey etc. were spectacular), you won’t see jouice from the suoermarket here (!!!!), super friendly staff (Valentina!!), proximity to the centre (max 10 mins walk), the garage is 2 min walk away. Sondproof windows, quiet ambient.

My parents didn’t like the mattress in their room, but my husband and i slept like babies…

Shower was good, air conditioning was excellent and quiet. The room was cleaned very well each day. Turkey sandwich served at lunch time was also very good. And the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Breakfast did not have normal milk for cereal. Instead only rice milk and another sour milk. And although the room was relatively quiet, music could still be heard nearby at night, and fireworks set off at 1am were very loud and woke me up.

It’s easier to explain only a few points of concerns, while the rest was very good: staff, location, secured parking, restaurant! All staff was very welcoming and accommodating!

There was, virtually, no soundproofing in our room (I won’t state for all rooms). The noise was from above, adjacent rooms, corridor, and even water pipe and sewage drains. Unfortunately, this was most part that could spoil other feelings. As improvements suggestion: one chair is such large room is not enough. Small desk may also benefit people on business trips or those working during vacation: no place to set the notebook, and forget if you need to write something.

We had a suite and it was quite comfortable. The breakfast area is lovely as was the spread of choices for breakfast. Staff were excellent. Nadia and Raphael, at the front desk. were accommodating and pleasant to deal with. The location was excellent for walking to the various historical sites. The street was a pedestrian only street and that was quite pleasant.

Very little space for clothes etc. The suite (3/1) was not ideal from a location perspective. Everyone on the third floor and fourth floor had to go by the room so in the evening it was disturbing. Pick another room which would be quieter. I had to ask to have used wine and water glasses to be changed daily. That I found not really classy. And I did find some debris on the floor that should have been looked after prior to our checking in.

The hotel is in a great location - a short walk to the shops and restaurants. Everything is tastefully decorated. Rafaelle checked us in. He was so welcoming and had great suggestions for us. The rooms were spacious and had everything you could need, including slippers. The breakfast was wonderful - a little bit of everything. This was a short drive from the airport and the hotel has it's own secure parking which was a bonus since we had a rental car.

Everything was excellent!

Very close to the city centre. Very stylish interiors, super attentive hosts and excellent breakfast with homemade food. The room was very spacious with a naturally lighted bathroom.

Unfortunately, the room didn't have a balcony and the temperature was difficult to tune (due to the summer heat)
