We thought the rooms were renovated recently because everything looked so new and we found out that they were last renovated in 2018. They must really take good care of the rooms! We also found out the lobby was due to be renovated this year. Additionally, the pool was very clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff were very personable. They offered to shuttle us to the local grocery store and gave us two free mini bottles of wine when they heard I was recently married.

We know these sorts of things happen but were disappointed the hot tub was down. Sounded like it was getting fixed soon, though!

The breakfast was hot and fresh. Room was clean. Location was perfect. For the most part staff was very friendly and helpful. The evening staff was exceptional.

The Sunday morning counter person needed a better attitude when checking out. The coffee was empty at 8:00 am. The noise in the parking lot was extremely loud - a gathering of people were enjoying themselves a little too much late into the night.

We came to Milwaukee for Summerfest and booked late so the rate was higher than normal, but overall it was worth it. The room was very clean,the staff was great, and not having to run out for breakfast was the cherry on top. I would highly recommend staying here wether you're flying (close to the airport) or driving it is very convenient to downtown.

The outdoor patio next to the pool could be a little nicer. Maybe some potted flowers and umbrellas on the tables would make it more appealing. Tough to do I know, it's meant as a smoking area.

Everyone was very friendly. The hotel was very convenient. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had traveling for volleyball. Daniel did a great job helping us with anything we needed!

The elevator by the front desk made a very concerning noise when arriving on the third floor.

The location was convenient close to the airport. The free shuttle arrived promptly. The breakfast was OK. I arrived late and left early so I have little to tell. Everything work as it should have.

The employees were nice, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety of delicious foods. While we didn't use the pool, it looked great!

The air conditioner in the room didn't seem to work as well as anticipated, but it was also quite warm outside on the day of our stay.

The staff didn't look the reservation into the system and told that booking was a terrible way to make a reservation, and when leaving the hotel, the lady told me that she couldn't give an invoice because i do the reservation trough booking.com, but when I explain that always got the invoice in another hotels that I reserved, she printed out my invoice.

Room was very pleasant and welcoming in all respects.m, as was staff.

I suggest getting rid of red plastic couch opposite check- in desk. It is worn and edges are discolored. ( worn out? Mold? Stain?????) It creates a poor first impression.

Location great , didn’t have the breakfast . Brandon the desk guy was awesome . Super enthusiastic. We were the first couple bikes there and Brandon told us about a bike wash the hotel set up in the back . Just a good dude. I would hire him in a min!

Easy to access off freeway. Staff very friendly and helpful. Coffee and hot water always available. Nice area to congregate in evening. Great breakfast.

Would be nice if they had a spa. Elevator is slow.
