The location was excellent just by the side of colva beach. The beach is visible from room and ambience is too good. The route to the brach is only 100 m and through the coconut tree garden. The view is excellent.

The hotel is old and need some renovation.

I love that a clothes drying rack was provided. And also the size of the bathroom!

Please add a soap dish near the wash basin and a toilet paper holder near the commode.

Maintenance is less , property and rooms should be better maintained, given the room price and as it is a govt property.

Location is great. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. Helped me with checkin in early morning at 4:30 am.

No wifi , couldn't get the beach facing room, since those rooms are onlly available in their website with 1000 rupees more added. Also the residency should be maintained more. Looks a bit old.

Very nice stay. Very near to beach and excellent street food. Staffs are very good. You should have lunch and dinner from their restaurant and fast food from street only.

Room should be more clean. Should provide proper toiletries. Everything else is very good and I will stay here again.

Location is best. Restaurant should be started immediately. More door mats should be provided to keep the rooms free of sand.

Check in and check out should be made 24 hours

The hotel is facing the sea. There are many restaurants walkable distance for all meals reasonably priced. Colva Residency is good for families on shoe string budgets
