The staff was great! Bartender Mark was excellent, he did such a great job on our cocktails and he was the the only one running the bar. Great job Mark! The young lady who checked me in was excellent I wasn’t able to catch her name she checked us in Thursday the 21st of September 2023 around 6:30ish. Thank you for all your hard work and great customer service, that makes a huge difference on our stay.

We absolutely loved the lobby! It was so comfortable, plenty of places to sit and watch tv and enjoy. The company of our friends as they visited with us . Very enjoyable.

Free coffee

Construction on the entry and having to pay for parking when the location of the hotel is not in a the city where land is scarce. There is plenty of parking and the hotel is built in a farming section of town and to charge parking is really gouging on the price.

Location easy on and off freeway. Short distance to all four work branches on had to visit in Marina, Salinas, Soledad and King City.

No complimentary breakfast. For the daily hotel stay price I would have expected free breakfast. Very expensive a medium tea (hot water and 1 tea bag) and a plain croissant 🥐 over $12.

It was in a safe area of Salinas which I really was grateful for. The staff members were super awesome and kind.

I didn’t like that you had to pay an additional 12 a day for parking and you had to pay for breakfast. Super over priced for basic food.

The bar was nice to have and it was a coffee bar in the morning. Private booths with tv in them for some quiet time while others got ready in the room.

The room was small and the pull out couch was a very thin mattress -extremely uncomfortable.

Just the beds

Breakfast was disappointing one as it had very few options and we have to order over a counter to eat. Pool was closed on both the days we stayed. Very bad experience.

The staff in the lobby was fast friendly and efficient. The staff in the restaurant was outstanding! The food was very good and the 2 gentlemen helping me were so kind and caring and friendly. I was extremely happy with my stay!

Absolutely nothing!

Safe location , near the restaurants and cleanliness. It was quiets and we slept really well. Thank you for the staff esp who served us breakfast bec he is very kind and accomodating .

Location was great close to resteraunts and freeway, employees at the front desk were extremely helpful in providing best route to Monterey bay aquarium

I booked 3rd party 4 months earlier for a king bed and received 2 queens. Disappointed. Kings cost more and I didn’t get what I paid for.
