Great room clean tidy and spacious.

We had difficulty accessing our room - instructions on email sent did not match what was needed. No clear signage as for what key box and location. I rang the contact number listed and the gentleman was extremely helpful and sorted things out very well. Thank you. Not as described online. No functioning restaurant as it shows in photos. Most photos seem to be many years old. The gym is still available. Cyclone fence around the pool was our view. Had to drive to eat. Not much to do in surrounding area.

Big room...comfy

No human contact with anyone at all. The hotel facilities outside the room are totally non-existant...defunct hotel as it were. The room itself very good...BUT...it's advertised service and facilities do not exist.

Beautiful location. Quiet. Modern. Very comfortable bed.

No staff onsite at all. The description of the process to find our key lockbox and then the room was confusing and took us 20 minutes to find. When we called the hotel number several times the voicemail said no one was available and just leave a message.

Very spacious and comfortable. Very comfortable bed. Lovely big bathroom with spa bath. Could use gym if wanted. We were there in May so price very reasonable but well worth extra in peak season.

Had very poor TV reception only standard channels. Compared to the rest of the room this was below standard

Pool and spa didn’t work. Building smelt like rubber and sweat Mould in the shower Spare Pillows were yellow No food venue on site

It was lovely and cosy and had all we needed. The view was amazing. The facilities were fabulous.

The entrance procedure was weird and it you had to walk through a lot of renovation to get to your room. The blinds and curtains need attention. But the rest is fabulous

Our original room was virtually below ground overlooking a disused pool. We were upgraded.

Check in. We had to let ourselves in via a keylock system. The restaurant at the property was closed (until further notice) so closest meals were a long drive to town.

Great size, little things like not all lights work in kitchen hard to see when cooking in kitchen, two aircon were very dirt filters in the bedroom's, besides that I and my family are going to stay there again.thank for a lovely stay.

Great sized room with a comfortable king bed. Good sized bathroom and great location. Happy to be able to eat on site with the restaurant offering a wide arrangement of foods.

Wasn’t sure whether there is a lift but would have preferred rather than having to drag my suitcase up and down stairs.
