It was what one expected from a high end hotel. Good breakfast.

They turned the bed down with chocolate and then tried charging for it, total joke! Personally I will not be staying here again for that reason so just be aware!

We had a wonderful stay at Ratilanna Riverside Spa Resort. The hotel’s design beautifully blends traditional Thai elegance with modern luxury. The rooms are spacious, tastefully furnished, and extremely comfortable. One of the highlights was the lavish bathroom — complete with a waterfall shower and even a built-in TV, which added a touch of indulgence. The sink drain had some problems and I had to request twice to get it fixed. The location is ideal — just about 10 minutes from the main night markets and city center, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. That said, everything else — the room, service, ambiance, and riverside charm — made it a memorable stay. The Spa was the best

The only downside was the breakfast. For a resort of this caliber, the variety was quite limited and repetitive across days. It didn’t quite live up to the expectations of a 5-star experience.

The staff at restaurant were really very good . Special mention would be Mr KIK and Miss Kang. They made each visit to the restaurant special and inviting. The room and bathroom was spacious and air con was good. The reception staff extended our check out to 2 pm as our flight got delayed . The spa was also excellent both in terms of ambience and the massage we had.

The check in experience was poor as there was no one at concierge and lobby location was not clear. We found later it was behind closed door. We were informed the lobby was getting renovated and hence this room was made as a make shift lobby. Though the room was good the bathroom shower was not upto the standard and needs asset upkeep . The toiletries were also not to the class which would meet the resort expectations. The bed mattress was also not the level seen in same type of resorts I have experienced before . So if the management looks into these issues it would significantly improve the quality of stay.

we were really impressed with this place. We stayed at a 5 star hotel in Krabi a couple of days before this, but we preferred this place. Loved the styling and decorations, as well as the essential oil smells throughout the hotel, including in our room (helped combat the dirty diaper smell since we have a baby haha.) The staff were very friendly and helpful. We never ate at the restaurants for lunch or dinner, but we enjoyed breakfast.

the location was fine, but not super close to many things we’d want to do. We did walk one night into the city, but otherwise we took transportation.

The hotel was really beautiful, very clean and the staff were super friendly and very helpful. Especially View and her team, we even got an unexpected upgrade, which was so nice. This hotel is a real 5 star hotel, the cleaning staff is very friendly and does a Wonderfull job, same for the staff at the restaurant, Bar, Gym, and the most beautiful swimming pool. We booked for 4 nights, but decided later to prolong our stay with another extra 4 nights. The hotel is situated at the more quiet side of Chiang Mai, which was very welcome, and right at the river, which gives you a beautiful view while having Breakfast outside. We used first a taxi, tuktuk, uber to end with a rental motorcycle. It just takes 4 to 5 min to be in the busy old city. Just perfect location. We would definitely go back!

Nothing, really nothing.

A very nice property away from the bustle of the city but not far from the city centre . There is a shuttle that takes you to the night market in the evening and the staff were very helpful in getting us around .

Ratilanna Riverside This gem of a resort is located 15 mins from the airport and the 10 from the night market. Perfect for a 3 day visit. Its understated sophistication and style is an ideal respite. Staff are beautiful, kind, caring, and friendly. Great boutique with lovely finds. Breakfast buffet was just enough to make it special and dinner on the veranda was both delicious and magical. Loved it!

Inevitable mosquitoes… the resort did their best to mitigate and manage. My wife was not bitten but I was.

The center piece of the RatiLanna Riverside Resort is their lovely pool. It's a good size, and you can move around it to follow the sun. There is a swim-up bar and they use the nice Beefeater Gin for G&Ts. So drinks are good, and the food most definitely is. This place really feels like a luxurious resort, nice and calm by the lazy brown Ping river.

That said, I wonder if it's really worth all that money. I mean, the rooms are nice, super comfy beds, some Western TV channels, super posh bathrooms - sure. But at the end of the day, you wind up paying quite a lot of money. You try to check out and realise that you accidentally used the Evian water to pour in the kettle to make some tea in the morning: 150 baht, just for a little bottle of water.

Amazing experience! I came back for the second time and planning to come back again. the most quiet and relaxing place in the city, you will feel like you are far away from everything, but it's a few minutes from everywhere interesting. Amazing food, the nicest service, the spa is beyond word. quality and beautiful. the room is large and so comfortable. you will never want to leave. Special mention for the extra effort they made to offer me many vegan and wonderful options.

Beautiful interiors and landscaping was well manicured, I loved all the greenery and how relaxing the entire place made you feel. Pool side was breathtaking, watching the sunrise by the River as you’re having breakfast. Very spacious rooms and bed and pillow very comfortable. It’s a big resort with many facilities, gym, spa, sauna etc. All the staff are very friendly and kind, the service was phenomenal.

A little far from the city centre but very easy to take a grab taxi, and maybe it’s a good thing because not so overwhelming amongst the crowds of people.
