Had a late flight into Helsinki so were looking for somewhere as close to the terminal as possible due to a morning departure the following day. Comfort Express couldn't have been more convenient, as soon as you clear customs make a left turn and follow the signs for a minute or less and the reception is just down the stairs. The helpful young man on reception soon got us checked in and into our room. The space was super compact but very well designed with a great ensuite. Bed very comfortable and also a very quiet space and we had a great nights sleep. Ideal place for a short stopover

The best “in-terminal” hotel I’ve stayed at - ever! The “rest-pod” concept is a great one, & is nowhere near as basic as it sounds. Compact, yes, but still roomy enough with a shower, etc. Good wifi connection too. I arrived late off a flight & had to get up early the following morning for another flight. This suited my needs perfectly as I wanted a good night’s rest in clean, comfortable room, without having to walk too far, or rely on transport to get to a hotel. A simple food & refreshment bar is available (at a cost). To cap it all, the young fella on reception (I wish I could remember his name!) was excellent. Could not have been more helpful, efficient & charming. Given the same circumstances, I would definitely use this hotel again.

Suitable for an overnight stay at the airport. The room was tidy, the bed was ok, heated floor in a bathroom was a nice touch. No actual airport noice at all. The location was right below the arrivals hall. Easy self check-in and -out. Just overall a smooth experience for a few hours of sleep.

While the room was overall ok, it was also pretty small. No room for big luggages. Same with the shower. Not enough noice insulation on doors or walls. A bit hard to find - if you come straight from the flight, the signs are immediately on your left when entering the arrivals hall.

I booked this hotel as it was inside the airport and close to the check-in counter. This made it super easy to check in all the luggage for a very early morning flight while the family got some extra sleep. The double room was able to fit two adults and two toddlers even with all our luggage, car seats, strollers, etc. Water pressure in the shower was great. Just outside the hotel are some restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, barber, and a few other stores.

It is underground so no window. The door and some of the light switches were showing some wear and tear.

The bed was very comfortable and the location was excellent. Our flight was out at 6 am, so we just had to walk out and over to Departures, No worries about getting a shuttle.

The placement of the shower door was uncomfortable. Unless a person was extremely - and I mean EXTREMELY - thin, it was very difficult to get into the shower and then close the door properly. If the hinge were on the other side of the door, it would make it much easier to use.

It's a surprisingly great hotel under the airport. No windows, but therefore it's at least dark at night. Bathroom was pretty good for the tiny place. Clean, nice people, nice interior design.

It was difficult to find the entrance. You have to really go out of the exit after customs and immediately turn left/ around - there is a door that leads to the hotel. The map here in Booking is useless, as is Google maps! Those will lead you to some place inside the terminal.

What I loved about this hotel is its location—right inside the airport, so there’s zero stress about catching your flight. The room was small but compact, efficiently designed with everything you need for a comfortable overnight stay. Perfect for travelers looking for convenience and comfort.

We asked to microwave our food at reception, and some staff seemed a bit preoccupied or distracted, making us feel like we were a bother. However, the evening staff were very helpful and accommodating, which we really appreciated.

For an efficiency room in an airport terminal, this was well-designed and well appointed, and there were some rather nice touches with the lighting. Everything felt new and seemed rather sound-proof. (Exactly what we needed between flights) The location was obviously convenient and the man at the reception desk was professional, yet friendly and considerate.

After our late night flight, it was frustrating to try to find the location of the hotel. Airport employees did not know where it was. The terminal map was not helpful, nor was the hotel website. There definitely needs to be more signage or more specific directions.

Very nice, welcoming and professional staff. Had an undisturbed night (much needed after my late and longish flight) and was able to check out at 13.00 without paying extra. Room was quite basic, but clean and functional. Noticed that there was at least free coffee and possibly some snacks available next to the reception, but didn't have time to try them.

The air conditioning was somewhat noisy but it wasn't possible to adjust it. Apparently this is largely because it's part of the airport's common air conditioning system.

I needed to spend the night near the airport to catch an early morning flight. I didn't have high expectations or requirements for a place to stay. However, Comfort Hotel Xpress Helsinki Airport Terminal turned out to be a very good choice. The small but cozy hotel room contained everything I needed to get a few hours of sleep before my flight. And of course, the biggest bonus was the hotel's location. Quick, convenient and easy access to the airport.
