Beautiful beach- except for jellyfish! Nice rooms and amenities, lovely staff.

Garden needs some maintenance

The property is clean and it has variety of activities. Spa, swimming pool is huge and amazing. It also has a kids club. The 3 properties Banyan Tree, Angsana and Cassia are interconnected so we can choose from an array of restaurants. The people working provided exceptional hospitality. Specially Tata who served us at reception. And at the Lotus cafe the lady was so lovely to provide us with egg free pastries on request. Vegetarian options are basic but its all good quality of food. The hotel rooms had exceptional view. All in all we wished we stayed anothet night.

It is our second time there after many years. We loved the hospitality. Staff were so lovely & caring. Really well taken care by them. Love that I can chill in the resort & enjoy the beach. It was peaceful. Love the awesome view. Met my kind of holiday. They even decorated my room & offered me a cake for my birthday. Felt so good celebrating my birthday there. Special shout out to Ari & his counterpart who decorated my room on 1st Feb. Thank you for the wonderful service.

Room can be better - the ventilation in the toilet was a bit noisy. Other than that, no issue.

The resort has a large beach, but is very secluded. The staff is pleasantly courteous and the breakfast is very good. The evening menu is well laid out but sufficient, but the prices are reasonable by Asian standards. The rooms lived up to expectations and were spacious. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Unfortunately, there was no small market in the resort itself to stock up on things (water/snacks). So you have to rely on the restaurant and bar at the hotel prices This is a point that cannot be blamed on the resort, but should not go unmentioned. Due to its proximity to Singapore, many ships are moored in the roadstead. This is partly noticeable when swimming (although there is no rubbish here, but occasionally there are small items in the water), but more so on the more secluded stretches of beach, which are not cleaned daily. Environmental sins!

Convenient for spa, multiple great restaurants, golf, cycling, beach, running, walking, etc. The breakfast is great and some fantastic options for dinner. For a couple it is a more relaxed experience than the other option on-site (Casia) & less pricey than the Banyan Tree which are both part of the same extended property. Staff are superb & friendly / helpful.

Swimming pool area is a bit dated / tired. The rooms are being updated gradually and hopefully this gets extended to the other areas. Clean and tidy just a little dated.

Proximity to a private beach was good. The family suite was spacious and comfortable. There is buggy service provided to other Banyan Group resorts within the property.

The hot tub was a little dirty, perhaps the property could consider putting some covers on it when not in use. There were some noises coming from adjacent units or outside during the night. There was a mosquito in the bedroom, although understandable due to proximity to the forest but there are little sachets of mosquito repellant lotions provided in the rooms.

Very well maintained resort with great location and good amenities. Beach is very clean and beautiful Professional and warmth personnel always looking to improve your stay and seeking feedback. Access to 5 different restaurants including those from nearby sister hotels. I would definitely return there going to Bintan

The staff are absolutely the best thing about this property. Their promptness and service really make up for the size of the rooms. Outstanding location and some amazing restaurants throughout.

The rooms could’ve been a little bigger for the price being paid. This is Bintan, not Boston. If you’re paying 200$ for a room, you should get a decent sized room. The real estate business is really squeezing it hard nowadays.

Friendliness of the staff, baby equipment available, great breakfast buffet, amazing beach (cleaned twice a day) and proactive management, helpful staff who speaks good English.

The price of food (lunch/dinner) is very much like Singapore, very expensive. Xana cocktail Pina Colada by the beach was not good, watery. Jelly fish in the sea/on the beach.

Everything about this hotel was great. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and spacious with a wonderful sea view. The breakfast at the hotel was good and all their surrounding restaurants lovely wirh high quality food. The pool was really well designed and huge. The beachside location excellent
