There was nothing I didn't like. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and Tidy. The staff were fabulous, and nothing was too much. Breakfast was well presented with lots of choice. The evening meal was also delicious. We had family come and join us for an evening, and they were blown away with their meals also. Loved the library room, which was stocked with refreshments and snacks and free homemade cake, which was delicious. Free tea and coffee. The pool was very clean with comfy loungers. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I will be staying there again in the future.

Very good quiet location, 10 minutes from Ronda. All staff were very professional and friendly. The owners and their family made us extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was absolutely superb with a wide and varied menu to suit all tastes. Breakfast was really nice with plenty of choice. The swimming pool is a bonus. The hotel is scrupulously clean and provides more than adequate facilities All in all, we had a lovely 3 day stay and we can't wait to go back Jayne and Danny

I get frustrated when I book a 4* location but get a 3* or less treatment. Here this charming small villa, advertised as 3*, is located next to a river, used to house the local mill, under an old unused bridge, with high trees and well looked after garden and a small but lovely pool for the few guests is such a relaxing find on my trip around the scorching hot Andalusia. Definitely a 4* location. Yes maybe you do not get a 40" TV and rich buffet breakfast, but the English owners give their "touch" with a reading and tea room where home baked cake is free of charge. Breakfast is not too varied but cooked to order (traditional English with Spanish Jamon bacon if you know what I mean). I stayed for dinner which was well cooked, a bit more varied than the usual places in Ronda (like a spicy Moroccan style chicken on cous cous).

Beautiful and very relaxing with sounds of Nature. Fantastic staff and breakfast. It’s an old transformed mill so it’s enchanting in itself and you can see some parts of the original olive press in the dining room and mill parts and stones outside. Relaxing pool and plenty of sun chairs. I have never slept in such a large bed! Slept like a baby!

Trains pass very close by so the first time you hear one it is a bit of a shock, but nothing you can’t get used to. Take an early shower if you like hot water as it may get lukewarm if everyone is using the hot water at the same time.

Wherever possible we try and stay in authentic, family run hotels and that is exactly what this hotel is. The staff (family) are very attentive and wonderful service is subtly delivered. A special mention for the chef (Tom) as the food in the evening is exceptional. A short 10 minute drive gets you to Ronda

Very clean room. Very comfortable bed. Wonderful breakfast, although not buffet I still got quite full from food provided. Lovely pool. Avery warm welcome by a wonderful lady who happens to be the owner/receptionist.

Parking a bit crowded at times, Some parking spaces are occupied by equipment from the old mill as decorations. This decoration can be placed in the garden/pool area to increase parking space. Breakfast could have started a bit earlier (from 8:30)

Really lovely owners, welcoming and very hospitable. The property is in a rural location about 6km from Ronda, with very limited public transport, and I didn't have a car. Elaine and Ian gave me lifts to local areas, offered to collect me, helped me find a hiking guide and made me feel very much at home. The food in the restaurant was wonderful, creative and plentiful, the breakfast excellent. The property itself is charming and sympathetically restored. The Love family do a great job looking after their guests, I can't thank them enough for the care and comfort I received.

A beautiful building that's an old mill with lots of charm, Elaine and family made us feel very welcome, the room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. The railway line was not a problem for us. We could find it easily. Elaine also provides a delicious dinner, (starting at 7.30pm which we loved as we're not used to the Spanish late dinner times!) and she has a fabulous breakfast too.

Lovely air con room with terrace, peaceful setting. Kids liked the pool, breakfast ordered was nice, the in all with had a comfortable stay everything you need is there, we arrived on a Monday the restaurant was closed (open every other day) was not a problem as we eat out on Ronda centre. Note- most places closed at 4pm on Mondays! Staff were friendly, would stay again.

We had a lovely welcome from Elaine. Our room,although slightly dark inside was very comfortable with a huge bathroom. Breakfast was excellent & the evening meals were superb & very good value. It was about a 10 minute drive to Ronda. I would definitely recommend staying here to visit Ronda & the surrounding area.
