I booked a hotel through the Booking.com app, opting for a double bed at 1200+rs total. At check-in, the receptionist asked if I preferred a single or double bed, and assuming he meant whether I was alone or with someone, I chose single. However, I ended up with a small single bed room despite paying 1200rs. Realizing a double bed would have been a better option for the price, I inquired about the difference, but the receptionist insisted on charging 1300rs for a double bed.

Overall, the experience was satisfactory, despite the noisy and crowded market surroundings. The rooms were of good quality, and the service was commendable.

Value for money. We wanted a place close to the market for 1 night inexpensive stay and that is what we got. Nothing luxurious but adequate for our needs.

The Hotel was nice. The rooms were good. The staffs were very good and helpful. Good for overnight stays. Overall a nice experience.

The location is great but just beside a poultry market, which was a negative thing. However, it didn't matter much.

We chose this place to be close to the train station and not right at a main street The location looks a bit dodgy at first, but the place itself is totally ok. There's a chicken (and fish) market close by, that may not be everyone's cup of tea... at least not mine. But there are a few restaurants within a few minutes walk in the opposite direction (along the more "main-looking" street). The room is perfectly adequate and there's hot water and WiFi working splendidly. Breakfast was great and the staff very helpful with the things we needed to print and make reservations for.

There are other businesses on the premises (on other floors) and some shop keepers are not very quiet. It also adds to the dodgy feeling, as anyone can walk into the hotel floors without going through the reception... but that didn't seem to happen, so there was no need to worry really.

It is located close to bustling Hong Kong market and smelly chicken market. Poor chicken... The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I stayed at non ac room and it was very hot even at night. Anyway staying at Nilandri Galaxy was quie an experience.

All good. They should provide foot mat for bed and should change the bathroom footman with a cotton one. Also should put one more light on the other end of the room. Service, cleanliness and staff are superb. Over all I love this place.

Very amiable staff, and large spacious rooms. Hôtel also is located close to good locations like Hong Kong Market, Cosmos mall & iscon temple. Also several great restaurants (Laddu Gopal and Balajee Bhog) with delicious food nearby which was an added bonus.

they should provide towel for every guest not 01 per room and bathmat as well. door mat should be outside the room not in room.

Location wise, It's a superb. Everything is just few step away. Food is very good. Peoples are very cooperative.
