Good choice if you want to stay for one night before your flight from SLC airport. Friendly staff. The shuttle to the airport was fully booked for the morning, but the receptionist arranged a cab for us for free - this was nice. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel if you want to have a beer or dinner in the eveningn but the nearest restaurant is just 10 minutes walk so this was not a problem.

Very noisy fridge I had to unplug at night + the airconditioning unit would also deserve an upgrade. We had breakfast at the peak hour and there was nowhere to sit in - probably just a bad luck because a group of several tens of tourists was leaving at the same time.

We liked everything! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice too. I am picky and this was perfect. Staff was also friendly. From check-in to breakfast staff. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport. Also, the price was good. Compared to other hotels, we just needed a place for 1 night and we paid a reasonable amount.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the dark curtains wouldn’t close all the way. There was a small pin to close them together, but there was still some light that came in.

No gluten free bread choices. Eggs were good however

Room was fine but no room service each day. We did arrive at the airport for the shuttle having booked in the hotel but the bus did not come for 45 minutes but we might have waited longer if the driver had not been delivering other customers for a flight. The swimming pool was out of action for 2 days of our 3 day stay - a reason for choosing this hotel

This hotel provided a pleasant stay lobby smelled fresh during the day, room was comfortable, the breakfast was alright & the pool was clean.

It is really hard to complain about this hotel without being a total Karen. But the tv did take 10 mins to do satellite scans & test before going online everytime you turn it on. In the hotels defense I forgot to mention this problem to them, and have faith they would have fixed it promptly.

The best part is that this hotel provides 24 hr airport shuttle. Compared to some of the surrounding hotel only have shuttles till 11, it is very helpful, especially for those have late flights. Breakfast is definitely above the average of the surrounding hotels.

Front desk is very busy. There were no staff at the front desk when we were trying to check out in a rush. We end up leave the key at the front desk since we already made payment through booking

Our fave hotel to stay when in SLC. Always clean great rooms wonderful free breakfast options. There are less expensive Hotels, but Comfort In. And Suites is worth every penny. It is very affordable highly recommended

The only problem is I hate the toilet paper the Hotel uses!!! It is awful and a change is needed!! Get Charmin it is worth it!! Please

It’s in the perfect proximity for gas, food, shuttles, prison, Amazon, etc. If you get a chance to, ask for Todd. He’s AMAZING! I travel to slc once a month and I always book with this location. They’ve never let me down!

Nothing. I’ve stayed there probably 10-12 times (if not more) and I’ve never had a single complaint. I’ve had, maybe, 3 inconveniences and every single staff member has been incredibly respectful, responsive, and considerate.

We stayed here to explore SL and was well located to get in and out the city within 20 minutes. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the swimming pool and the room was very comfortable. The coffee was freely available in the lobby which was great!

Not really any options for vegans for breakfast (just toast) or any plant-based milk alternatives available.

The front desk employee, Maile, was absolutely phenomenal! Super friendly, helpful and professional. The van driver to the airport was also delightful. Clean facilities, nice, large bathroom and room. Overall great place and highly recommend!

The breakfast options were basic and the coffee tasted awful, but we still appreciate it being continental.

The staff was great. The shuttle was not working so they paid for a cab to bring me to the hotel. The room was big and the beds were comfortable. I liked the breakfast choices and the shuttle to the airport the next morning was convenient.
