The room was comfortable, the staff were amazing, and I really appreciated the 24/7 complimentary coffee and tea. Having a microwave in the room was a huge plus, especially since there aren’t many eateries nearby. Check-in was smooth, the airport shuttle was convenient, and it was easy to order Ubers from the hotel. The environment was quiet and ideal for resting between conference days.

Housekeeping never came, even after I requested cleaning. I also ran out of toilet paper near the end of my stay. I’m not a fan of having to opt-in for basic cleaning services. It would’ve been nice to have more breakfast variety. The only protein options were pork sausages and eggs, which limited options for people who don’t eat pork. Complimentary bottled water in the room would also be appreciated.

Very clean. Extremely close tot he airport. Convenient for family travelling with lots of luggage.

The only challenge was the water in the tub/shower. There was something wrong with the handle -- after twisting it back and forth in both directions, the water wouldn't come on. Then suddenly, it gushed out like a fire hydrant. haha Trying to turn it off was equally a challenge, but finally got it off. Was scared to turn it back on and get it stuck again. Luckily we were only there for one night or we would have called the Front Desk to change rooms.

The rooms are a decent sized Beds were comfortable with large pillows. There was a free shuttle to and from the airport. Includes free breakfast.

The wifi was down. The only businesses within walking distance are other hotels and mediocre hotel restaurants. The best rated restaurant nearby, was one of the weakest Indian restaurants I've ever been to. The breakfast was limited and very basic, for example there was only one or 2 varieties of both the bagels and yogurt and they were of low quality.

Good choice if you want to stay for one night before your flight from SLC airport. Friendly staff. The shuttle to the airport was fully booked for the morning, but the receptionist arranged a cab for us for free - this was nice. There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel if you want to have a beer or dinner in the eveningn but the nearest restaurant is just 10 minutes walk so this was not a problem.

Very noisy fridge I had to unplug at night + the airconditioning unit would also deserve an upgrade. We had breakfast at the peak hour and there was nowhere to sit in - probably just a bad luck because a group of several tens of tourists was leaving at the same time.

Close to the airport, friendly staff, easy transportation to the airport, good breakfast and relatively close to downtown.

Room could be a little cleaner, found some dirt and a tiny piece of trash in a corner of the room. Nothing major. I was also told that I would be able to change the card I used in the reservation at time of check out. However, when checking out I couldn't do it and the first card was already charged.

We liked everything! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very nice too. I am picky and this was perfect. Staff was also friendly. From check-in to breakfast staff. They also offer a free shuttle to the airport. Also, the price was good. Compared to other hotels, we just needed a place for 1 night and we paid a reasonable amount.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the dark curtains wouldn’t close all the way. There was a small pin to close them together, but there was still some light that came in.

No gluten free bread choices. Eggs were good however

Room was fine but no room service each day. We did arrive at the airport for the shuttle having booked in the hotel but the bus did not come for 45 minutes but we might have waited longer if the driver had not been delivering other customers for a flight. The swimming pool was out of action for 2 days of our 3 day stay - a reason for choosing this hotel

The room was perfect for what we needed. Nice configuration and large shower. Like the bed separated from sitting area by small partition wall. Good proximity to airport for departures.

Breakfast buffet space was too small for the amount of people. Flow issues with space setup. Bottlenecking as people wait for toast/waffles. Not enough healthy choices and no sustainable dish/cutlery options.

This hotel provided a pleasant stay lobby smelled fresh during the day, room was comfortable, the breakfast was alright & the pool was clean.

It is really hard to complain about this hotel without being a total Karen. But the tv did take 10 mins to do satellite scans & test before going online everytime you turn it on. In the hotels defense I forgot to mention this problem to them, and have faith they would have fixed it promptly.

The best part is that this hotel provides 24 hr airport shuttle. Compared to some of the surrounding hotel only have shuttles till 11, it is very helpful, especially for those have late flights. Breakfast is definitely above the average of the surrounding hotels.

Front desk is very busy. There were no staff at the front desk when we were trying to check out in a rush. We end up leave the key at the front desk since we already made payment through booking
