Where to start. We have never said “It’s perfect” more on any other trip - everything was next level perfection. The food was incredible - the breakfast buffet blew our mind everyday. The staff was beyond lovely and helpful, we felt so well taken care of and acknowledged by literally everyone. The buggy system was great, they always knew who we were by name and cared about where we were going and at what time. Free snacks at and in the pool was a sweet surprise, we felt like kids in the best way, being offered a bite of fruit or ice cream while swimming 😂🙌 The grounds were impeccable, the pools were perfect temperature. We enjoyed special nights with live music and a themed dinner on the beach. The whole vibe was romantic and relaxing at every moment of our stay. My husband Adrian is a fan of Muay Thai and trains where we live, so was excited to take lessons in Thailand - we booked them at the four seasons and he was beyond impressed with his trainer Cru An - what a legend! He’s a top 10 fighter in the UK and taught Adrian more in one lesson than a year of twice a week classes back home (and he did 3 lessons!) Oh and massages were AMAZING - shout out to Wa-Wa, our favourite, but everyone was very skilled and knowledgeable. All in all, it was the best stay of our life so far, can’t say enough good things. Four seasons has out done themselves, we’ll be back with family soon!

We like EVERYTHING about this resort. From every member of the staff to the room, views and facilities. It was our anniversary trip and they made it SPECIAL! Breakfast is delish! All kind of food drinks fish special eggs menu etc. staff always address by your name they know your schedule bookings etc. I was in awe. Thank you!

There was not a single thing that we didn’t like. Well maybe it would be nice to have a glass of Prosecco at the breakfast. But rather than that it was EXCELLENT!

At the night time the hotel is very dark. I think there could be more landscape lighting in general

Just one of the most stunning hotel resorts I’ve ever stayed at. A sense of pure relaxation through and through. I never wanted to leave!

Some hotel amenities could have been updated a little, such as the coffee machine, the minibar etc. But it was otherwise perfect.

It was perfect paradise for me and my husband. Exotic, elegant, calm mood of resort was very impressive. All staff was kind and made us feel comfortable. Especially, room interior and public pool+beach design, food is the best! Even though the resort was full of tropical rain forest, we could hardly find mosquitoes due to high quality managing system. If you have to choose only one resort in Koh Samui, I can say this place is the answer.

It's better to use 'Grab' instead of resort's taxi when you go out to town, because it's very expensive.

The best hotel on any island of Thailand. The greatest service ever. Very beautiful view. Full of nature varieties. Excellent food at all restaurants. Very friendly and cosy staff treatment. Family friendly restaurant and facilities.

It's not a complaint but a note for those who don't like to be fully exposed to the nature.. you will find some lizards 🦎 at the room which was annoying my wife. Anyway, no else negative point at all.

The secluded location, the villa's and facilities are all top class and absolutely stunning. What differentiates a good hotel from a great one are the people, and I would like to make a special mention of the food and beverages team, especially Branka Novakavic, Chef Sumalee Khunpet and Champ. They did everything humanly possible to ensure us a fabulous dining experience and accommodated our special diatry restrictions as if they were no problem at all. We feel like we were blessed to experience a few days of heaven on earth.
