We were extremely warmly welcomed by the staff when arriving to the hotel. As soon as we parked a staff member came to collect our luggage. He even helped us figure out the tilt function on our bicycle rack, that we did not know about. Upon leaving our bags were put in the car while we did out checkout and our car was driven to next to the main entrance, from where it was very easy to depart. We also liked very much the Winstube restaurant, which was the traditional one of the two restaurants.

As a Finn, I would have liked to see the Spa have a proper Finnish sauna. The sauna the facility does have is not a Finnish sauna, as it does not provide the possibility to through water on to the hot stones.

The staff was excellent. The property was a little eclectic and the interior was a bit broken up and disjointed. It's an old, old structure. Our room's patio was a highlight and we sat out there quite a bit. The weather was terrific. Breakfast was fine with plenty of choices with the dining room being cozy and warm.

The bar area was poorly staffed and not used much from what we could see. For a property of this caliber it was disappointing. The service at the 2-Star restaurant was out of sync when we dined there with the wines missing the food service or visa versa. It seemed that the staff was not too well coordinated. On previous visits our experience has been better. The food was beautifully presented and well prepared. The wines that paired the meal were interesting, but just not up to their usual standards, this time. The beds in our room were a bit too soft for our liking but comfortable nonetheless. The A/C was off and the weather outside unusually warm. Our room did get a little stuffy.

Everything was excellent, from the staff who greeted with a smile to the views from my gorgeous balcony. The bedroom was wonderfully luxurious in it's decor, even the place to put your suitcase was lined with leather! The spa was great, the breakfast unbelievable and the town... Wow, fabulous for a gentle stroll around the lovely shops.

€45 for the outstanding breakfast, is quite a lot. A cheaper option would be good. The bed was two mattresses together, and you could really not lay in the middle. It was impossible to make the bedroom cool without having the balcony doors permanently open. The sauna and jacuzzi were not warm enough at 9:30 (open from 8am)

The hotel is situated in the center of Kaysersberg, a lovely pittoresk village. All staff at the hotel are very friendly, polite, helpful and professional. We loved our room which had a private patio overlooking the vinyards. The bathroom was spacious with a modern large walk-in shower. All very clean. The breakfast buffet offered many choices with freshly baked breads, pastries, fruits, yoghurt, assorted cheeses and cold cuts. The home made confitures were just delicious. Their restaurant Le Bistro offers a wonderful menu of mostly meat and fish dishes. The Spa at the hotel has a very nice heated pool, whirlpool and sauna. Great to spend some relaxing time there. The parking at the hotel is gated and for hotel guests only. In all we spend a very nice week at this hotel and can highly recommend it.

Great location in the middle of the village. Walking distance to everywhere. The hotel itself was great. The Michelin-starred restaurant was very good, but the prices were much higher than essentially any comparable Michelin-starred restaurant I've been to (and that's a few...). Also, the only breakfast option was a 45 euro / person buffet, while their bakery is close almost half the week...

The AC in our room was so noisy we couldn't sleep and they could not fix it because it was the weekend. They did move us to another room the next day.

The whole experience was great thank you. The staff were amazing and the room and spa facilities were exceptional for what we wanted.

The breakfast was great but we weren’t exactly sure how everything was supposed to happen ( for example, we waited half an hour for our eggs. Should we have asked for them sooner ?). Basically we were a little unsure of etiquette and not really guided. Also , the bar was great, but was unmanned and therefore difficult to find a staff member to get a drink. However, when he did arrive, he was great.

Beautiful location with a modern room with a generous balcony overlooking vineyards. Kaysersburg is a lovely village to wander around and up to the castle. The food gives you a real taste of Alsace. The breakfast spread is wonderful so many beautiful freshly baked breads and bakery products. We are enjoying the jam that they give you as a memento. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are lovely especially on a rainy day. For a trip to Alsace a perfect stop.

Both Michelin and regular restaurants were superb. Incredible atmosphere, excellent food, the attention to every detail, the art of cooking and dishes presentation is unique at this property. The atmosphere, the location within the city pedestrian area, the top service of the entire team including immediate attention to accommodate parking was all beyond expectations.

The room service can improve by paying attention to small failures like the deposit box, burned lamps, etc. Nothing crucial yet wise to improve. The Spa area was nice though relatively small.

Beautiful hotel in the center of Kaysersberg. The staff was fantastic, and were available to help you with everything. The breakfast was amazing, all freshly produced products. The Winstub restaurant was also very good. Highly recommend!

It is defenitely not cheap. If we have to say one minor issue: if you visit the wellness more at the end of the day the sauna was not hot anymore. No sweating at all. I think that's a bit of a pity for the experience and price. Maybe also a possibility to order drinks at the wellness?

The breakfast is outstanding! The staff is totally accommodating, watchful for one's every wish. Frankly, the price compared to other, significantly less stellar establ8shments is really fair.

The toilet (in its own little room) could benefit from a sink so one would not have to traipse to the bathroom to wash one's hands. Also, in order to charge a battery, or even a phone, the room light must stay on or the juice gets shut off so you sleep with the light on.
