The room was clean, roach free and comfortable for a long stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious and the room service delivered it in a timely manner. The staff were really helpful with everything I requested for.

Parking inside the building can be tight if yoy have big or long cars however, the parking outdoors was sufficient in number and size.

I recently had a delightful stay at Hala Inn. The property was well-maintained, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. All the staff were great, but I want to give a special shoutout to Mr. Mehmood, who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. A significant advantage was the availability of parking, which made my visit much more convenient.

We booked for six nights and had a wonderful experience.Breakfast was great with variety of food.Location is very good. Everything is available around. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Great staff and excellent customer service.

I liked it when I first came there. So i chose it again for the 2nd time. Its easy to check in, the staffs were approachable and helpful specifically Ms Sudiksha in reception. For the facility (it is clean, room is spacious, quiet place to relax, there are cooking and heating amenities, utensils etc) and I get the relaxation time I need. Its my first time to have booked with breakfast. There are plenty to choose. Rate is reasonable.

Spacious and comfy. Staff are accommodating with pleasing personality. Room comes with a kitchen which is great.

Some hotel staff or guest are making noise in the halllway. Also the toilet bowl seemed small and very constricted to the glass door which is not ideal for big people.

No tea bags/coffee/sugar available in the room Not enough towels. (But i am sure if i had asked they will provide) TV location compared to the size of the screen is too far and unreasonable.

This is my second stay at Hala Inn and both times I had a good experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartment have all the essential items. Supermarket is very close for any items you need. It is very close to city centre for people who would like to shop.

The breakfast was not very good and could improve. Overall my experience has been good. This time there were no pans or pots for cooking but as I was staying just for one night, it did not bother me but it would be good for the staff to check all this before the room is made available.

Rooms were clean to the point they even smelled clean, including the bathroom. Staff were friendly also. Location is good, close to local amenities including restaurants and hyper market. Staff were friendly also.

Gym is basic but ok, does the job. Parking inside the hotel is right but the structure is the same as most towers in Sharjah and Ajman, just an observation.

The receptionist and the staff were very helpful and polite. My stay was amazing, I liked how they care about your privacy. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good.

Veg food could be better in taste.
