Hotel and room was lovely and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room location was great, nicely tucked away. Although we don't believe we were giving the room we originally booked as we had thought we were getting two bedrooms but it was in fact a bedroom and then a sofa bed in the living area. Location of hotel was good and easy to find. It also had underground parking. Good value for money too.

The front of the hotel is situated opposite a supermarket car park which seems to attract young people hanging around. This might be a little intimidating to some people. The hotel staff keep a strict eye on it though and reassured us that they never have any problems from them, which we saw for ourselves.

Location was excellent with car park adjacent to the hotel. Casino Supermarket 1 minute walk for any essentials. Reception team were very helpful and friendly. Saumur has plenty to offer - shops to browse and plenty of choice of restaurants/vineyards and castles nearby. Unfortunately, we were using this as a night stop on enroute home however will return to the area to explore further !

Nothing to dislike, Would have been useful to have a small fridge in the room.

The hotel was very central. Really quiet area . You could walk to the Restaurants easily and to local attractions.eg. castle River etc..Staff we're extremely helpful and pleasant. Spa was great and lovely after a day of walking and touring around..Troglodite village well worth a trip it's amazing.

The outside space was small and to the rear of the hotel. Felt disconnected sitting out there . Pillows were too hard for me. Personal preference..

The location was excellent in the centre of town but on a quiet road. We had a brand new room which was brand new. What was exceptional was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They could not do enough for us. Breakfast was a perfectly adequate continental self-service.

The shower needs some adjustment to prevent leakage into the bathroom, and this was being attended to when we left.

Room location was great very accessible to everything and very quiet. Loved being able to get to the spa area in the bathrobes that were on loan to us with a bag to carry our belongings that was very well thought out.

We should have stayed a bit longer our purpose was to attend the Cavalrie Museum and the Tank Museum. We loved the town and the people we met were great.

A comfortable hotel in the centre of Saumur with excellent safe storage facilities for bicycles. Hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times even though the hotel was very busy with visitors attending the annual Velo Vintage Festival. There was a good selection of food each morning arranged buffet style. The hotel is thoroughly recommended for a weekend stay or if following one of the many national cycle routes through Saumur.

Maybe a hot food option including boiled eggs for the buffet breakfast.

It was amazing brand new hotel in a center of the town close to shopping street, cafees and the castle. We took family room and it was huge and full of staff. Me and my family had a great time in the town and a hotel

All was good. Probably a yogurt machine was noisy a bit, but it was funny.

Great location, good size room, clean, good shower, comfy bed. Everything easily walkable. The external parking is next to the hotel and great considering central location. Did not try breakfast so cannot comment. Would stay again.

Google maps took us straight to the hotel. There was secure parking opposite the front entrance. Very comfortable room, all very clean. Kettle in the room which was good to make a drink. Apparently a lift is being put in over the winter. Plenty of the usual continental breakfast. Very handy location to walk round the centre of Saumur with no shortage of restaurants. Used as an en route overnight stop, it would be a good location for several nights to explore the area more.

Nice rooms and facilities and central location.

many unannounced extra costs: parking, swimming pool, 12 eur for the pet is above normal and reasonable levels. The hotel could be more clear about this in the prospect. Many such unpleasent surprises colour the otherwise good stay negatvely.
