Modern with Spa facilities and swimming pool. Great location, close to shops, local cafes, restaurants

The tiles outside the whole complex are very slippery when it rains therefore very dangerous . The spa pool is small for the size of the complex . The gym is small as well. No parking for 2 families staying at complex. Only 1 parking. The check in is very complicated with different building for reception and car parking

stayed before and knew the standard but was slightly disappointed. When paying this type of money you don't expect broken and torn lamp shades in each room. Found this pulled the standard down. The front door of our unit didn't even lock and didn't realize this till the next day when locking up. Luckily there was a very friendly most obliging young maintenance chap in the next unit who offered his services before we had to even ask. The lift was also out of action so that was disappointing as my elderly parents couldn't visit, but I realize these things happen.

Great location. Rooms are comfortable.

That I couldn’t get towels to use the pool because I didn’t book through The Sebel. Bedrooms need vacuuming under the beds.

Location was good and it was close to all the restaurants and shops in the area. The beach access was also very close which made it easy to go down for a walk and swim.

Instructions on finding the car park were in small print. There was no beach towel provided.

The apartment was well laid out, clean and perfect for our group dynamics. The location is perfect for cafe’s and beach days.

The carpark configuration was confusing at first and the whole complex was under construction wraps and barriers.

The location on Hastings St and near the beach was amazing. The apartment facilities are much better than a hotel room.

The car park has a very tight turn once you scan your card in. To accomodate my turn in a larger CRV l had to reverse and re enter. The sliding gate started to close on my car. If l didn’t reverse quickly l would have sustained damage to my car. This entrance is an accident waiting to happen. Despite being warned of upgrade building work taking place on site it was excessive and started earlier - 7am than planned. The whole resort including the pools were totally disrupted. The builders utes on site were parked in my car bay on both of the days l was there.

I liked it was close and accessible to shops, restaurants and beach. The bed was big and comfortable.

That we had to walk across the road to get the keys and got lost trying to find the property. We had to drive along main road and back road and no one told us the name had changed.

Being centrally located on Hastings street with a short walk to the beach and all the cafes and restaurants was awesome. The unit itself was spacious and had very good air conditioning👍👍 Nice and clean, the Sebel staff were helpful at the front desk when we needed them. Will definitely look to stay here again!

I’m struggling to think of a thing I didn’t like

The Sebel is ideally situated in the middle of the Hastings St action. Our room faced the river with a nice outlook. Secure Parking is beside the lift. Kitchen facilities were more than sufficient.

Hotel is located right on Hastings street and it is walking distance to all cafes, restaurants and beach. The apartment did not face the street allowing for more quiet night. The room was clean and cozy.

There was only one bar of soap, no body wash or shampoo. Also the bathroom water tap was poorly designed. It was very close to the rim of the sink. There was no holder for the soap so it made a lot of mess on the bathroom bench.
