Great family holiday apartment. 3 bedroom apartment. 2 bedrooms had queen size beds one with an ensuite, And the 3rd bedroom had 2 single beds. Amazing ocean views from 2 of the bedrooms and lounge room. Airport view from the 3rd bedroom and kitchen. Our apartment was well equipped for families featuring a kids table and chairs,games for the kids and family, fully equipped and functional kitchen with all utilities. Management were friendly, helpful and caring.

Only thing I could fault was it was a little drafty through the front door even with the door closed. And the shower pressure in the main bathroom wasn't the greatest.

Welcoming and warm right from the start. Greeted by the manager, and then allowed us to enjoy our stay. Even the residents were lovely and helpful, letting us know where to put our recycling. The location was perfect. Close to beach, park, and restaurant and bar across and next door. The apartment was a good size and had all that we needed.

The pool was a bit cooler than we expected, and perhaps a couple iof extra toilet rolls and dishwashing tablets would have been ideas. However we were happy and they were the only things that could have made our stay 10/10

The views ! my son loved the pool was in it the whole time . I felt a bit awkward when we arrived as we received an email saying we were welcome to check in at 11 . We had taken school work off so came down as we are locals . We felt you guys didn’t really want us there that early but we were excited for our holiday and we were actually celebrating some good news for us personally .. also when we checked out no one reception just I called they never really thanked us although we spent 1500 on 3 nights .. other than that great time we will

Couching our unit was old and ripped

we had a problem with the fridge which Richard tried very hard to get us a working fridge as we had spent a lot of money on groceries and did the fridge not working was upsetting. We did get a working fridge a little smaller but working which was the main thing. There was also problem with the bathroom light switch which we got zapped a few times when turning on and I did tell Richard to just be aware of the problem.

The apartments had everything we needed for a wonderful family holiday. So easy to access the beach. When not at the beach there was the pool, tennis and Pickleball games. The managers Richard & Leith were fantastic allowing us to check in early & leave late on our last day. Couldn't ask for better service.

It is very close to the airport so planes taking off & landing are quite loud but the curfew means they rarely impact sleeptime.

The location is amazing and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was really well equipped and the whole apartment was roomy, comfortable and clean. We met Leith when we checked in and she was so friendly and lovely. Overall we had a fantastic stay.

We had an issue logging on to the WiFi but we were trying to disconnect anyway so it didn't really bother us

We made some of our own meals. The apartment was clean and very well fitted out for a long stay with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable. Richard was most helpful with anything we asked him for. Great Bar-b-que area. Restaurant at hotel next door was very good.

A couple more start up items would have been good.

Great location! Spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen and separate laundry is perfect for longer stays. Fast WiFi access in every room. Very warm welcome from host with clear instructions on facilities. Free, secure undercover parking with designated spot. Bed in double room was super comfy. Appreciated the complimentary toiletries, dishwasher and laundry powder!

Kitchen and bathrooms are quite dated, but were clean and functional. Windows in both bedrooms rattled and vibrated in the wind, making it difficult to sleep. The problem was loose metal strips at the bottom of the frames. After laying something slightly heavier over the strip, the rattling stopped.

The property was clean and the hosts were very helpful, allowing a late checkout.

Overall it was very good but because I’d stayed there a couple of times before and thought I was booking the same again, I was a little disappointed to find we didn’t have the direct view out over the beach that we’d had on both occasions previously.

The unit was very spacious and felt homely. I could move in and never leave. Richard and Leith are absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Pool was beautiful (we spent most of our time there, and most of it was only us in the pool). Views from the balcony are just stunning and I could watch the kids at the playground. I love the screen doors to the balcony and windows. The entertainment area is well set out for bigger families. Choice of tennis or basketball for the kids.

There were not really enough supplies in the room to cater for 6 of us. However, it does say in the welcome letter to replenish supplies is up to the guest. Next time, I'll bring extra soap, dish drops, and laundry liquid.
