The location is perfect for visiting the area. Easy parking. Great staff, always ready to give suggestions and help with booking activities. The room was clean. The history of the building makes it a cool location to stay.

I know is not necessarily part of the hotel, but the restaurant was awful. They managed to fail even the breakfast. Soaked pancakes, salty meals, burned fries, long wait. Has probably been one of the worse restaurants I ever been in a while. We tried breakfast, lunch and dinner and was always awful. The diners and bakeries around town are way better. We picked this hotel especially cause had a restaurant on the ground floor and we were very disappointed.

The restaurant (which we actually loved in the past was closed. They gave us a song and dance about the reason. We did what they told Us to do by going to the second floor lounge for dinner. No one knew what to Do With us there. We left and went to a downtown restaurant ( the Left Bank). I Highly recommend it and we never would have known about iit if we didn’t have the déboucle at the hotel

Customer Services was excellent from check-in to dining. Loved our bartenders Maddie and Nathan. They were so friendly and fun. Room Services was excellent as well. Food was excellent!

The only suggestion I would make is although there was a wonderful coffee station downstairs it would be nice to have a coffee maker or keurig in individual rooms so one does not have to take the elevator down to get morning coffee.

Beautiful old hotel. Lots of history. Everything was clean and comfortable, the staff was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only criticism would be the portions of food at the Campfire restaurant were very small...$18 for 7 chicken wings is a little excessive. Other than that this is a great place to stay!

I love old hotels like this. And they seem to take pride in keeping it in the style of its origins.

The only criticism I have is that if they are going to so much trouble to have an nice old hotel, why use plastic cups. Can we get away from plastic and back to glasses? That would have made things perfect.

Very comfortable, clean and well placed. Staff at the desk were wonderful and very helpful!

Breakfast was disorganized and I certainly got the vibe that the person taking orders did not seem happy to be working there. We had to wait 45 minutes for breakfast and in the end we didn’t have time to eat it.

Staff was great. My granddaughter loved it.

For off season. Price per night was very high. 350.00 was excessive. And breakfast should have been included. I am a Hilton member and no discount. AARP member no discount. AAA member no discount. Loved the hotel. But for off season to high and no discounts

Room was small but well furnished

Bathroom was tiny with very little shelf space to put out toiletries. Bad experience in the Camp Fire Restaurant. We stopped for dinner at about 8pm and asked if we could sit in a two seat table by the window. We were asked if we had reservations and we said no. The restaurant was not busy and most the tables along the window were available. We were seated at a large table with a tv and bar behind us and a clear view into the kitchen. Ordered lobster bisque which a wait staff bringing the bowls to the table cupping the top of the bowl rather than on a plate. When we left, the most of the tables by the windows were still empty. For the price, we paid for the bisque and drinks, the experience was underwhelming!

Excellent location. Good atmosphere. Nice bar and an impressive bartender, who knows her trade.

the walls separating the rooms were rather thin. so we were able to follow the conversation from our neighbours.

Restaurant is decent too. Location in the charming village, and even our being in the annex were all nice. Room was huge/spacious. Village sleepy but very nice
