Excellent location across the road from the Cruises and in the middle of everything. Huge room with a queen bed and a single, and plenty of room to move around. Spotlessly clean. The office reception staff were very helpful. We arrived too early for the room and after the cruise were too late for the office...but keys are left in the bottle shop where the chap was very helpful and organised.

The only issue I had was when we went to the office as arranged, and it was unattended. We rang the bell several times but no-one appeared, so we left again.

Convenient location, pub next door.

Lack of power supply at bedside. I use a cpap machine but didn’t have bedside power. Phone and watch had to be charged at kitchen power point. We did find a power point on my husband’s side of the bed but it was located underneath the fixed bedside unit, needed to get on hands and knees to use it. (See photo) Tiled floors were very sticky, I assume from the chemicals used in cleaning. As it was raining when we arrived, the combination of wet shoes and ‘soapy’ floors meant it was like walking onto an ice rink.

Typical quite good motel room

The motel had no record of our booking through Booking.com. When they checked the booking reference number, there was a message along the lines of “this booking was not passed on to your office because of server maintenance”. Whether this was your issue or theirs, I do not know. But I would think that if the message was not sent successfully, it should be resent later until successful, or followed up in person. Booking.com gets a commission for doing a job. They need to ensure that the job is done.

Friendly staff, Central location, close to beach and good car park.

Reception closes at 5:00 PM. Bottle shop handles the Reception duties, I was wondering around trying to find the reception and everyone was directing me to the bottle shop, eventually i found it, and i was amazed (first thing in my life) that a lonely guy at the bottle shop performs the receptionist duties.

Nice clean comfortable good size room, location was great pool right at door step perfect.

No microwave in our room to heat up food, kid from behind the reception desk ended up coming in the pool with 4 of his mates jumping bombing so couldn't get back in the pool and area is not big enough for that disappointing other than that nice place enjoyed our stay.

Overall I would say we had awesome experience. The apartment was nice, specious especially the beds were super comfy. Kitchenette, cook top, Air con, TV etc were all working fine, as expected

* Parking lots were were limited, so unless you secure yours at a right time you won't get it otherwise! * Complimentary WiFi had very limited connectivity in my apartment, only in front room closest to the lobby area.

Excellent location, close to shopping mall, beach and everything. The room is very clean and tidy, nice swimming pool

The BBQ area is not good. It located in the swimming pool area, not enough space, only have one bbq and it was rusty and didn’t work(ran out of gas)

Room was clean and comfortable. The location for us was just perfect. Staff were nice and friendly.

The pillows. They were just horrible. Other hotels I've been to have 2 pillows, One hard and one soft. Just a suggestion. The pool was a little dirty, at the bottom, water looked clean..

We've stayed several times over the years - the motel represents great value and is centrally located (hence the name) and directly opposite the foreshore. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some have kitchen facilities. The restaurant provides typical hotel/pub food of good quality. Plenty of other dining options nearby.
