The gentleman working the front desk were both super nice.

The only problem I had was when the breakfast attendant caused a huge seen the morning of our last day. She had yelled at some guests for pushing tables together, and then proceeded to slap the door to the kitchen. There were a lot of people getting/eating breakfast with a lot of kids (mine included). Her unprofessional attitude was totally uncalled for. I understand there was a sign that stated not to move the tables, but really slamming a door is what you’d expect from a child and the yelling could have been a simple asking to move the tables back. Other than this incident, my family had a wonderful stay. We will surely be staying again in a couple months.

Nice, big room. Clean and the pool was so much fun

Shower curtain needed changed desperately. It had black mold looking spots on the bottom. Could have been dirt, but it was like that when we checked in so no way of knowing. You can’t miss it so I’m not sure why it wasn’t swapped out by housekeeping.

but one thing I didn’t like was the housekeeping just opening my room door without knocking a couple times if I don’t answer please leave towels at the door but everything else was perfect definitely will be coming back

I liked how clean the rooms were, the hot tub and pool were great, and the staff was absolutely amazing!! I have never had a bad experience here! Comfort Suites is the only hotel I will stay at in Minot anymore!!

The pool with the slides was the main attraction for my kids and they definitely enjoyed their time.

The facility is starting to age a bit. Rust and worn carpet. The sofa bed mattress was extremely flat and lumpy. But otherwise a great place and good value for the money.

The water slide was great! It had something for the older kids and the younger kids. And the pool was not that deep so my 5 yr old could touch and feel comfortable.

The pool towels are made for dolls. So tiny and thin. My 10 year old couldn't fit it around her.

The pool was awesome to have the kids having fun. Also the hotel location was great for shopping

As of now my credit card shows a $150.00 & a $30.00 charge as pending in addition to $178.84 that was the room charge???? All we did was sleep shower and leave. I sure hope these 2 extra charges go away

Even though it showed age everything was clean, everything worked, the pool was open really long hours and the staff were AMAZING. Dottie. Weds a raise but Serisouly can’t say enough about how friendly all staff were!

Air conditioner was a little loud when it kicked in but kept the room cold!

loved the location, the suite was beautiful, and parking was good. Loved the accommodation for pets.
