We stayed here after 2 weeks in Snowmass Village and we worried it would be a letdown but it was a very good stay for just the one night we had open before an 18 day stay in Vail. It’s not luxury but everything about the room was good and it was cheap compared to where we’d come from and where we went afterwards. The room was clean and the bathroom was too. We used the jacuzzi twice and it was decent. I understand what other people said about the chemicals burning their eyes. It was slightly uncomfortable for me too but maybe because it’s indoors. Our place in Snowmass Village had a jacuzzi outside and we used it every morning and night for two weeks but because of the outside air I’m guessing that’s why we never had burning eyes. The breakfast is included and not that great but it was in the room rate so no complaints there. Just don’t eat it. The diner on the same side of the street and just a few minutes walk was really good for nostalgic USA diner food.
Breakfast isn’t good but it was included with the rate so I’m not deducting any points for so-so food. I think the other people in the full breakfast room thought it was delicious but they looked like they were all in university so they must be comparing it to dining hall/cafeteria food.

The breakfast was a little more then I expected - fruit, cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, all kinds of breads, muffins, bagels, and pastry, oatmeal, juice, coffee, and hot chocolate - all complimentary. The pool and hot tub were great! The staff was helpful and friendly. Although it was not a new hotel, it was obvious they put effort into keeping it updated and well maintained.
The room we were in, 142, (handicap room) was clean and comfortable but dark. It would have been great to have a lamp on the table by the TV! Also, there was no closet bar to hang up your clothes.

The room and property were very clean. The bed was comfortable and the room had a lot of space (we had a 2 queen room) with a table, largish closet area and separate sink/bathroom area. Great location to access the hot springs, downtown and Aspen or Sunlight skiing. The price was reasonable and it even included breakfast. It was not a hot breakfast bar but has every cold breakfast item you could imagine. Plus toasters and microwave to heat up items. The employee who worked mornings was so friendly and really on top of keeping that area stocked and clean. The hot tub, pool and sauna were a nice treat after a day of activities. Good jets in the hot tub. There are more mountains around than I thought there would be. It was beautiful!
They will clean your room everyday so be sure to put up your do not disturb sign if you don't want that service.

Beds were very comfy, room was clean. A great eatery was within walking distance, (19th street diner) Breakfast was the standard fare, ie fruit pastries etc. If you want a good hot breakfast I suggest the above mentioned 19 St diner. Indoor with hot tub and outdoor pool are a plus. Linens were clean and soft.
A/C unit was picky, kept shutting off all night. smokers decided to ignore the "no smoking " sign smoked right outside our door instead of going to the designated smoking area. Parking was a bit of an issue but not terrible. Very tight for bigger cars.

Very clean in all areas and comfortable beds , quiet room, heat worked perfectly, positive staff interactions , helpful staff . There were so many guests and the person who staffed the breakfast buffet was constantly replenishing and made sure everything is very clean and nothing is missing . Convenient location . Nice selection on yogurts and breakfast beverages
Breads and other bakery , cereals were low quality Walmart brands . The parking lot around the rooms had black ice between the cars in the morning . My son fell and broke a finger . We suggest to put ice melt down around the cars early in the mornings when it freezes .

This is our home away from home! We absolutely love this place! We’ve stayed here many many times and it’s always so wonderful!
Our tv signal kept going out over and over all night. They did fix it once but that’s okay. We just used our iPads. And also I was too short to reach the air conditioner in our room. Also, the pillows are so square and hard it’s kind of uncomfortable to sleep with them. It’s almost like they have been washed so many times and balled up. If I would recommend anything it would be new pillows and down blankets!

This is a vintage motor lodge but immaculately maintained with flowers planted everywhere making it so very charming nestled amongst mountains. The King room we booked was huge although the bathroom was tiny. We had a extremely comfortable bed, good A/C and a gas fireplace. The two pools were well maintained as well as the inside spa. The breakfast room was well appointed with continental items (no cooked or prepared items though) and staffed well.
Bathroom was very small and although it was only about 1.6 miles from the very quaint and walkable downtown, we felt a bit isolated and needed to use the car to experience the town better. The sauna was out of order which was a disappointment as we picked this motel over another with the plans of using the sauna.

Our room was recently updated, and very nice. Our son's room was outdated, but serviceable. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom clean.
The heat in my son's room did not work, and after waiting several hours for improvement, we requested a different room. We were told, several times, that the heat was "definitely" working --clearly they didn't believe us that the room was ice cold, and not a hint of warmth coming from the baseboard heater. We declined the offer of a space heater, and eventually we did get a different room for him.

I always travel alone, but in the past I have always been put in a double room, which was great. This is the first time I have been assigned to a single room and it seemed a bit cramped. I think that is because of two things. The window is smaller and the new lighting that is required is very dim. An extra light in the room would help greatly to make up for the stupid led lighting. Not their fault though.
