This was a nice stay for us on the outskirts of Stockholm, conveniently located near the train station into the city. Our apartment was clean, neat with modern amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was free parking in front of the hotel but we chose a reasonably priced secure parking for our motorcycle a short walk away. There was a shopping mall across the street and a nice cafe in the lobby. There was game space for children and adults down stairs along with a gym and laundry facilities. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this stay to our traveling friends.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient—just a 7-minute walk from the metro, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing space after a day of exploring. We appreciated having 24/7 access to the gym, and the breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options—simple but satisfying for a good start to the day. Overall, a solid choice for both comfort and convenience.

The only downside was the check-in experience. The receptionist who welcomed us didn’t have the most welcoming attitude, and we weren’t given any basic information about the hotel facilities, breakfast, or WiFi. A warmer and more informative reception would have made the experience much better.

Breakfast - Standard Scandinavian choice, Hot and cold available, juices etc and enough space. Staff cleared tables so there was always room. Location is good and easy - staff very helpful.

Evening menu is always very limited. Sometimes a single traveller you just want something nutritious and its just pizzas or burgers, depending on time of year. Breakfast - There should be more fresh prepared fruit we have Yoghurt but only tinned berries or somewhat limited whole fruit. Eggs look like they are made in blocks and always look unappetizing.

We checked in late at night around 11 PM and the receptionist was top-notch! I can't remember his name but great dude and chill yet professional. The room was lovely and having a little fridge was great to keep our drinks cold. The bed was super comfy. The breakfast was big enough to keep hunger away until 3-5 PM which was major for our trip. Overall Kista made our Eras Tour concert experience that much better and we are grateful.

The host for breakfast was a little rude in the morning. We booked our breakfast times during our check-in and she couldn't find them in the list. Her attitude felt a little like she would have been blaming us for this even though it was probably a minor mistake on the staff's part. It was probably just a stressful day and we didn't have any hard feelings after. I thought I'd just bring it up because as someone who works in the industry, it can be very stressful on days when you're fully booked and during the high season days. Therefore we are very understanding but other guests might not have been. Overall everything was great and fine, maybe just get a better system for breakfast where the guests don't get scared they made a mistake when they've done everything right. :)

This is a great hotel, right beside a great shopping centre and train to the city. There is a massive food hall in the shopping centre with a variety of dishes to choose from. There is a great Lidl in the shopping centre too. Breakfast was lovely too, lots of variety and loved the fresh Swedish breads! Really lovely staff who were very helpful and friendly. We'll be back!

Tea/Coffee facilities in the room would have been nice and maybe a small fridge.

Good location with an easy access to subway. The area around the hotel was calm and safe. Breakfast was quite good and the stuff at the breakfast were friendly.

It’s quite a basic hotel with nothing special. The room had no air conditioning and it was rather hot during our stay. The bed was quite uncomfortable and there was only one pillow available for each person. In the double bed the cover was too small, not meant for two persons.

The location was perfect for what I needed. The staff were all super helpful and very welcoming. The atmosphere was very relaxing and the breakfasts were fantastic.

The gym needed paper towels and antibacterial spray to be provided. But this is a very minor thing as the gym was very clean.

We spent 4 nights in this hotel and were very satisfied - nice stay, comfortable beds. Our room was spacious, well kept and clean. The room had the necessary facilities, including an iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. There were refillable shampoo, bath gel and soap containers in the bathroom. The breakfast was quite plentiful and with many options, including vegetarian. The hotel is a bit further from the center but really close to the Kista metro station. There is a shopping mall around.

There are not many things to complain about - on the day of arrival the lift was not working but it was fixed quickly (and luckily we were on the first floor anyway). Breakfast serving hours were quite early, on weekdays until 9.00 and on weekends until 10.00 - the background is that most guests are there for work and leave early.

It was great location. Less than five minutes walk to Metro station to get to anywhere. There is a shopping mall next to the hotel which has food court with diverse food varieties. Hotel is quite nice and comfortable. Have many facilities in the property. Staff is really nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend anyone.

Breakfast was good, lot of different choices of food as well as good breakfast timings. Rooms were good, we were offered room with kitchen, which we declined as we spent were here for work and quite busy. There is sauna available if you prebook it earlier. Location spot of from KTH Electrum, RISE and Ericsson facilities, as well as 2 min walk to Kista Galeria shopping mall and metro station.

Kitchen-less rooms, doesn't have any cups, tea kettle or coffee machine, which I got used to as always available in different hotels around Europe. If you get offered one with kitchen, take it, even if you don't need kitchen.
