It was convenient in location. Not only to the parks but restaurants laundromats and convenience stores

The front desk staff was not very friendly nor were they helpful. We had asked for towels on the 2nd day, we never received more towels. Each room had 4 guests but towels for 2 people. We went back the next day and asked for towels she was very sarcastic when she said they would get to our rooms ASAP again we never did get the towels. I had to send my husband a 4th time. There was a worker who stayed on the 1st floor that had dogs running around unleashed barking at us and other guest.

All 3 of the front desk Latina ladies. They are very very friendly nd they go above nd beyond to make sure everything is going right. Also they worked wit me wen I was over check out time.

That I had a leak in my sink when I got switched to a different room. Also the latch on my door was broken in both rooms that I stay in. The draft from under the door. The gap between the doors are bad. As well as the hot water was hot long enough.

I like to breakfast. I like big rooms. Don't thing. I didn't like was the bass. Tub was clogged up almost completely before. I got done taking a shower. I had water over the top of my ankles. Which kind of gruff me out?

My bathtub was clogged up so bad that by the time I got done taking a shower, I had water up over my ankles almost to my news. It was kind of gross.

Newly updated rooms and lobby. Right off freeway

I was Really Mad that the Swim Pool was Not Open. I specifically picked this hotel because it had a pool and the weatger was in the high 90's. And it was not available to cool off in. It was listed as one of the amenities

Needs to be updated outside and then shower need to be a little bigger

That it said no smoking but still had guest smoking, and needs more options on breakfast

The staff was helpful. Stayed here a little over year ago and was very unhappy with the whole experience but I don't know if under new management or what changed but this experience was totally different and enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

At night sometimes there was people just lurking around. Would do good to have on site security and not expect employee to deal with these shady people.

I wish they had water station to refill water. They didn't provide water at all and even for breakfast no water available

I loved the how clean the room were. Smeling so nicley just right at the entrence.

Closnes to the major road section, but that has some pluses too. A lot restaurants around to choose from.

Very spacious and comfortable room. Great location in the building. Aside from one Very loud talking neighbor it was a pretty quiet stay. I will be staying again

The only real issue I had was that the floor hadn't been mopped. Swept yes but as soon as I had my shoes off the bottoms of my socks were very dirty. I even up using 2 towels to clean the residual grime off the floor.

Good location, close to the interstate but not bothered by traffic noise. Plenty of restaurants etc within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly

Breakfast offerings were running low on one day.
