The hotel staff was great. Especially Britney The Supergirl and housekeepers. The area is really quiet comparing to many other places there. Surprisingly, it is a very clean and neat place while accommodating so many pets. And we didn't hear them bark much, which is very commendable for their owners, and shows a socially responsible mentality in general. A 100% safe area.

Wooden hotels (oh, yes, many newly built are made out of the prefabricated wood) are always a bit problematic if you're a light sleeper, or late riser (times around 8pm-1am, and 8am-11am are the most noisy). Even if it is a newer building. You just can't avoid squeaky and bumpy sounds coming from the room above, or surrounding areas sometimes. It depends on the position of the room in that kind of building, as well. And it depends on the type and number of guests they're having. The gym is poor, and it definitely needs to be equipped better.

Our overall stay was excellent. Although our room wasn’t ready when we tried to check in a bit early, the friendly staff member at the front desk promptly called us as soon as it was available, which we really appreciated. The breakfast snack bar had a variety of good options, and the coffee was great. We also liked the convenient ice machine and water refill station. The laundry facilities were clean and easy to use, adding to the convenience of our stay.

The room we received was not the one we had originally reserved, and the main difference was the price, which I’m currently working with Booking.com to adjust. Since I booked through them, the hotel was unable to assist with this issue. Unfortunately, the pool hadn’t been cleared yet, so we were unable to use that facility. Additionally, the elevator was quite slow, and at times, it felt faster to take the stairs. Due to some limitations, the hotel was unable to provide all the items we had requested for the kitchen area, but we made it work. Additionally, this may be more on me, but I assumed they would provide a blow dryer, which they do not. It would be helpful for future guests to know that this is not available.

I didn’t eat breakfast. It was granola bars and oatmeal. Probably could step it up. Staff at front desk was helpful.

Even though rooms were clean, I could still smell dog. I had to move my room the first night because there was pet hair all over the floor and I specifically asked for a room that was let free. Also very loud on first floor. People banging doors so they moved me to the top floor. Also kitchen - there was a stove a fridge a micro sink etc but not even a coffee pot In the room-that’s why I booked it . Went to Starbucks next door every morning.

Surprised to have a pool, comfy beds, great kitchen with fridge, freezer, hob and sink, bathroom had a massive shower and everything needed, plenty of storage and a iron and ironing board, we had 2 rooms across from each other and one had a bath and shower and the other had a massive shower, both had the same kitchen, washer and dryer room downstairs and plenty of machines

The hotel has a lot of potential. The rooms are spacious, modern, and new, but they lack essentials like utensils, which you need to request. The air-conditioning didn’t work properly, and the pool was closed for inspection during our stay. It could also be cleaner. However, the staff was very attentive and polite, which made the experience overall enjoyable

Breakfast is a joke 😃

Brand new hotel! Staff were friendly and happy to accommodate. Location was quiet, yet close enough to places we wanted to visit. Breakfast items were available (oatmeal, boiled eggs, granola bars, fresh fruit).

Microwave in our room was not hooked up properly to the electrical panel, so the staff member on duty offered to let us change rooms. Rather than move, we decided to use the microwave in the lobby. Minor inconvenience and easily resolved.

I like there is a laundry facility. And vending machines for convenience

The breakfast was disappointing. I didn’t expect much but I did expect more than just coffee. I also was a bit disappointed by the pool situation it seemed several local workers must live there and take over the pool area for their drinking spot.

Everything was great super quiet except someone’s dog wouldn’t stop barking. Besides that the location was extremely convenient for me! Love it. Will most definitely be coming back!

I stayed for 3 nights and never got room service to clean up my room. I had extra towels that needed to be removed and sheets & NEVER got anyone to take care of it for me. :(

Clean. Well equipped. Staff were very accommodating during a very stressful time.

The only minor issue I had was that the fire door slammed when it closed. So that was a bit annoying during the night. If they could get that to close more softly that would be great.

At the front desk, Zara was so friendly and efficient. We'd had a bad experience earlier in the day, and we're not in the best of moods. Zara made us feel welcome and we felt better because of her friendly and helpful and happy attitude. In the morning, checkout was easy, and Jeff was very friendly and efficient.

They had no pool even though in their list of amenities, it says pool
