I didn't appreciate the fact that booking .com pricing and what the hotel eventually charges is totally different. the two systems must talk to each other and align . it seems unfair charging practice.

1. There was leakage from the bathroom basin and shower door was loose allowing water outside onto the floor 2. There was an appalling odour from the room fridge 3. I wish there was more ventilation in rooms 4. There were people smoking close to our room exposing a health hazard to us

The lodge is well located near the Riverwalk Mall. Very easy to access from the Tlokweng border gate. Close to all amenities. I enjoyed my stay here. The lodge was not my first choice because of the pricing but I was blown away when I arrived. It is really worth the price. Well priced. The location. It’s quiet. Close to all amenities. The stuff is very welcoming. It is safe and secure. Available parking and underground parking. Free parking. Good WiFi and free. There’s a gym with minimal equipment.

Breakfast was great but not included in the booking. I think just the breakfast can be improved. The minced meat was very salty but that’s minor. Breakfast was great. I attempted to try the whole variety during my stay and I’m happy.

The staff were friendly. The rooms where clean. The food was good Very nice decor and modern Close to shops,petrol station etc which is a bonus Quit during the night

There can be better channels on the tv not all of the channels had signal. The food in the restaurant can be quicker we waited very long but the food was very nice. I would say a microwave in a room would be beneficial cause we had food left at the restaurant but could not take , takeaways cause you can not heat it up later on. I would also say to put pamflets of other restaurants and delivery services in each room. That would be a bonus.

Comfortable and large room. The breakfast selection was also good. I left my ring and noticed it after check out. Called the Lodge and they had it ready in addition to my cousin's pair of socks. Thank you!

The shower pooled at the bottom. There is a drainage issue that needs to be resolved. This also was the case in my cousin's room.

I love the warmth of the place and the responsiveness of the staff. They response and turnaround time for attending to issues was pleasant. I also loved the ambience of the dining room and the chef's ability to tailor meals specifically..

I was from Francistown and catching up the flight to South Africa the following day. The check out time was 11h00 am and my flight was in the afternoon so i requested for a late check out and they were very understanding.

I think all were lined up, no issues. The reception was good. Accommodation was ready.

The staff were very hospitable, The rooms were sufficiently equipped and cleaned on time. Next to the two malls where one can do personal shopping

The deco is beautiful and has natural pieces! The rooms are big and comfortable. The bed is absolutely comfortable.

There is no elevator but the staff is kind enough to help with luggage.

Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was spotless. Food was excellent. Staff was friendly.

I booked the room with breakfast included. Unfortunately I had to then pay separately the next morning. They should correct this so people don't have to pay twice over.
