its new hotel, its deigned modern and cute ( many things from ikea) it has nice lobby that has small kitchen with facilities.and its nice to just sit there. more over there are washing machines and dryer that you can do your own laundry (40b for a huge washing - we are two people with a lot of clothes and one washing machine was enough) although the room is pretty small it has good balcony. the room is designed warmly which makes it perfect. it also have smartTV and netflix. the location is incredible - in the siam close to everything but yet quite and cozy.

The staff were very friendly. I appreciated the large common area to wait in when I arrived several hours before my check-in time. The shower was very nice, I appreciated the water pressure. The location worked well for me despite mentions in other reviews that it is set back.

It is worth mentioning that it is not easy to drive to this location, as the alley is narrow and there is no through traffic. The local area is quiet and relatively dark at night, but I did not feel unsafe when walking home at night from the BTS. If you're traveling solo, the location is worth considering before booking.

I had a great stay at GROOVE@siam in BKK. The hostel is clean, comfortable, and has a friendly atmosphere. The staff are incredibly helpful and the location is perfect, close to public transport (10mins walking distance) and major attractions. There is a lift. A room have small size (for 1-2 persons), bed, hanger, small fridge, teapot. The bed was comfortable for me (the mattress is hard, the pillows are soft). Great amenities like free Wi-Fi make it even better. Wi-Fi worked stably, high speed.

The sink bathroom has this lingering foul smell . But bearable as is not often.

I like that it is a bit isolated from busy streets, not much noise from outside. Hotel interior is very pretty and basic. There is common room nearby the receptionist which is quite comfortable to have your meal.

Room might be too small for some people but it's worth the price. Room is not soundproof, you can hear people talking outside. Hotel is located at a small street, almost at dead end of road. One big vehicle can go through at one time, and everytime taxi comes to pick us, the driver has to reverse or we have to walk a little bit further for the taxi to pick us. So not really convenient if it's raining. Cleaner didn't come to clean our room on one of the days we stayed there. Not sure why...

Room is very nice and clean. Excellent Wi-Fi. Excellent value and a very good price on the laundry machine service. Nice common area space with a fridge. Very good location as it's near Siam and a walkable distance from Ratchathewi BTS. Excellent for solo traveler. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Great value. I love the common area and the laundry room. It's so good when there's an area with clean utensils and ovens to have food and drink. Everything was clean and convenient. The hotel is near the BTS and canal. In short, everything was new, clean and exactly as shown in hotel's photos.

The room was quite tight, but we have got a spacious common area at the lobby to have drink and food. However, I wish there's more spaces to store and unpack our luggage in the room.

Was pleasantly surprised with how affordable and centrally located this was! It's a no-fuss accommodation and is perfect for younger people who don't mind a bit of a walk to establishments. In my case, it worked perfectly - I enjoyed that most of what I needed was a 10-20 minute walk away.

A minor thing but I wasn't allowed to bring up the iron and ironing board to my room and had to do it in the shared space.

Pleasant, clean, and a little bit off the main road, will come again if staying in the heart of Bangkok. Overall clean room and facilities! 10/10 Location 7.5/10 The room was small, and the toilet was comfortable enough. The laundromat room on the ground floor was right by the stairs, clean and you could lounge just next door while waiting for your laundry. If you walk 2 minutes down towards the main street, there's a mini food stall that's tasty, affordable and has many varieties of dishes. - Perfect for the morning! The staff was very kind and helpful, and was able to borrow a universal plug for my entire stay.

Despite the room being small, was able to push to the bed easily to the wall (because of the mechanisms) and had some leg room to sit by the side of the bed. Just enough space to do some morning stretching. 15-20 minutes walk to the BTS station.

The place is very close to the Siam shopping district area, easy few mins walk from BTS Ratchathewi, great restaurants and street foods are super easy to find, and not far from the place. Excellent customer service they were very helpful. A very spacious common space to relax and work, the room is super clean, they also have a laundry service, and they have smartTV in the room with free wifi. Overall quite impressed that the location is super close to everything.

The room is very comfortable and is cleaned everyday which was nice. The staff are very friendly and helpful and there is a nice lounge area to relax in. The location is also not bad, about 10mins from the nearest skyrail station and there is a 7/11 just down the street.

The room is definitely quite small if you have two big suitcases like us but we did make it work fine. They also do not allow for any meals to be eaten in the rooms (only snacks and drinks) so just be aware :) Also they only give one keycard per room so is awkward when you are staying as a couple.
