I loved the location, I loved being on the 4th floor, and even though I requested to be away from the elevator, because I checked in later than expected, I ended up right next to the elevator...and it worked out GREAT! I was near the elevator & that allowed for easy entry & exit to my car in the parking lot. It was also really quiet & that was what we needed for our weekend getaway. The staff was really pleasant when I checked in & when I checked out. Very conversational, friendly, & professional. I also truly appreciated the price! For a holiday weekend, I was grateful to find something that didn't cost $500+. I had honestly never heard of the chain, but I'm a fan & we will be back soon!

The AC needs to be better regulated. It was either cold from the AC being on or hot when it was off. And the floors made some creaking sounds but weren't overly annoying.

We love the beds and pillows, they are clean and very comfy. The rooms are a decent size and always very clean. We love the rooms with the screen and door to the patio to get fresh air and take my service animal out.

The only negative is that there were wasp nest in lawn area outside bedroom doors and my small service dog was stung and he was in pain and really swollen for over 12 hours. I alerted the front desk at check out and they took care of the problem by the following visit.

A great hotel over all as far as location goes, A lot of stores, food and a dispensary is conveniently located a few minutes away. The pool was open and it’s temperature regulated year around. The staff was helpful, I recommend!

What I do not like is that the property is smoke free. You can have a balcony room and it’s made clear, they’ll charge you for smoking outside. The pool could’ve have been cleaner. Breakfast is not included! The many food options near by will do!

Was in town for a concert nearby. I honestly expected to see the kind of outdated hotel rooms you might expect at a chain hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised by the modern furnishings and I felt like it actually had its own character. For the value, everything honestly exceeded my expectations. Very comfy bed and very clean rooms. Staying here made for the perfect weekend getaway.

The elevator was broken at the time and it was a bit inconvenient to get to our rooms. Also a hot vegan breakfast option would be nice in the future.

Not sure about the area, but it seemed tucked away and safe.

I was disappointed with breakfast that was included. I was expecting a hot breakfast. Instead the option was cold cereal, store bought muffin, oatmeal in a cup,. That was it. There were hot items, but they had to be purchased. Suggest a waffle maker like other hotels and dine type of eggs. Boiled or scrambled. As a person that that thinks breakfast is the list important meal of the day, I was severely disappointed with your breakfast. I almost feel like it was false advertising.

The room had a bed and nice size couch which was very comfortable to relax on. There is a dining area available for purchasing breakfast. The menu is limited but delicious. Starbucks coffee is also available for purchase. This is one of the few hotels we've stayed at that was actually quiet. We would stay here again.

For myself, the bed was a bit hard and bothered my back. My husband thought it was fine.

Mattresses were super soft and was surprised to hear on check in that parking was additional, although that was only $5/night. Didn't really understand why that was necessary as its located in a mall/ industrial park areaamd not sure that parking was at a premium? They held $200 for incidentals on my credit card, but it took almost 10 days for that money to be released which was a little difficult for planning purposes. No breakfast was included in the price I paid which was a shame. I should have said something at checkout as well, but we were in a rush but the air conditioning was not operational which I didn't discover until I woke up in the middle of the night sweating! The windows did not open to allow for fresh air unfortunately.

The staff from checking in to housekeeping. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had never stayed at a Sonesta Select before. Will stay here again, we visit the area frequently. The moment we walked in the door, we knew that we made an excellent choice. Extremely clean and maintained. Rates are very reasonable.

Might be time for new mattresses. slightly uncomfortable. Also, in room refrigerator could be the next size bigger.

All of the employees were nice and very helpful. This hotel is a good value for the price.

I had trouble with the hotel losing my Booking.com booking, and the night desk attendant was new with no one else to call in the evening. Eventually, they rebooked me and honored the same price and dates.

The location was perfect, central to many shops and our destination/concert that we attended was one mile away. The room and hotel were clean and quiet. Staff was very friendly.

The room and bed need to be upgraded. Our floor was squeaky, worried about disturbing others below us. Our bed was a bit squeaky, but comfortable.
