It is very close to Knott’s Berry Farm. In a great area. It’s safe and clean. The staff is wonderful. Hard workers, polite and friendly.I loved that they had Security on ground at all times.

We had to switch rooms 2x the first night because there were issues. 1st room. Running water in toilet AND tub faucet. 2nd room had no power to the 2nd bedroom OR the bathroom. The breakfast is pretty much non existent. No proteins at all. Not even boiled eggs in a pouch.

Best value for your money, 10 minutes from Disney, 24 hr front desk check in, plenty of parking, parking is secluded and feels safe..

Breakfast didn't include any eggs, ham, sausage , just cereals, bread, pancakes, coffee and juices. Only one toilet paper roll and two large towels where given to us a family of 5 staying for 4 nights. Also some weird power cord went into one of the beds head board for no reason, head board didn't have any lighting or charging ports.

The staff person was helpful and friendly. The room was large and beds were comfortable. Very clean too! Liked the bathroom barndoor to separate it from the sleeping area.

At night the turnoff to the hotel was difficult to see. You can tell the age of the hotel, the shower pan when you stepped in was soggy feeling?, kind of sunk in when you stepped in it. You could still hear the traffic.

The room with 2bedrooms and 2bath. Breakfast was wonderful Location was perfect for what we had planned

Having to be locked out of our room because another clerk had given our room to someone else. I had to walk downstairs several times to straighten out the situation. One clerk gave us the room and key and another clerk gave someone else the keys as well. Then I had to go back to the office and let them know my keys wasn’t working but I had to wait because they were helping others, which I understand. Started to feel it was the color of my skin but that was totally not the case. It was ALL a misunderstanding.

We loved the pool! Our suite unfortunately was a bit far to walk from to the pool. Jacuzzi was warm not hot. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Location was ok, super high traffic. Continental breakfast was definitely a PLUS!

Just that our suite was a bit of walking distance to the pool.

The room we had was big, two rooms separated by a glass sliding door. Very comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms. A nice big flatscreen TV in both rooms and a small fridge for some drinks. The Hotel is in walking distance of Knott's Berry Farm and a lot of restaurants. Enough waffle irons to have a minimum wait when getting breakfast.

There was nothing that we didn't like that was worth mentioning here.

Location and price. The free breakfast and free parking were excellent. I also used the wifi to work one day and that was nice. Room was huge and there was lots of close parking.

A bit noisy at all hours and not an extremely comfortable bed, but I am a fussy sleeper.

Location, very accommodating.

The room could have been cleaner, but the bed was decent. The location of the refrigerator and microwave could have been placed better. We were conjoined with the room next door, and appliances were blocking the door.

I loved the room. Put only wished they air it out. It had a smell to it. But it was clean Some time the shower didn't close it drips all night long

It had a smell in the room They should have air out the room. Or spray it with air refresher. The shower drips all night.long. the laundry had only one dryer. So you had to keep putting money in the machine to dry.

I love when I checked in I asked for a room to accommodate my family and I and they honored my request with no hesitation.

Wish they had more variety for breakfast.
