Location, location, location. Unique style of lodging - somewhat like cottages. I was greeted by name in the lobby. Nice to have someone remember me from a previous stay. Nice touch. Free snacks in the lobby are another friendly and thoughtful touch. Outside tables and chairs and beautifully kept flower beds make it a pleasant stay.

It is dated and could use some improvements. My first of two stays during the summer, my room was lacking a lot but the bathroom included a HUGE marble shower. Seemed strange. The second stay the bathroom was old but the room was a nicer. However the lighting in the room was poor. I had to keep the closet light on to get by. Some attention to detail by housekeeping would help make the stay more pleasant - like checking to see that lights work.

The hosts were first class - lovely people. Very friendly and accommodating. They offered to allow us to use the laundry room - and I was traveling with two dogs. One service and one was not. They did not charge me for my non-service dog. The location is awesome - right in the heart of LG. Everything within walking distance. Our suite was charming, clean and very comfortable. Free parking in their small, private lot in the back.

The location was very nice - walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Outside of the property is really cute with garden, fountain, they even have tables where you can sit and enjoy evening glass of wine. Room was clean. My husband really liked this place. I was less enthusiastic.

Our room was very dark, bathroom was tiny and dated, all the furnishings looked well-used and dark, so even though everything was clean, the feel I got was shabby, dingy. I did not want to spend any time in the room except what was absolutely necessary.

Great location, steps away from the heart of Los Gatos. Friendly front desk staff, decent internet, cute premises, on-site parking.

Some upgrades are needed, for example white paint in the shower was peeling showing the older pink color below it. Overall it feels dated, but pleasant. For some reason we were getting very strong food smells in our room (45 iirc) at times, and until 7pm we occasionally heard thuds from people dropping their heavy bar bells in the next-door gym, despite the alleyway between us and the gym. Not a big deal.

We stayed in an executive suite that matched the description perfectly. The space was very comfortable, and we appreciated the added bonus of a kitchen and office area. The location was also outstanding. The customer service was exceptional, exceeding our expectations. This truly felt like a home away from home, and we will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.

Our room was really hot when we arrived and we turned on a/c but had to leave and allow the room to cool. For booked rooms - a little air on before 4 pm would be reasonable. The tub tiles and tub enamel are peeling off - no big deal for a shower but not pleasant for sitting in bath. Price was right. Location was great- the r had a nice walk and great dinner nearby.

Quaint, historic bungalows in secure enclosed area. Are pet-friendly, which was a major factor for us. Jackie and Pete are very nice as were staff we encountered. Free parking, too!

Only niggle is my wife mentioned her side of the queen size bed, mattress was “lumpy.” She said it sagged in the middle. Other than that, the room, kitchenette and bathroom were great.

Very cute aesthetic. The staff were super helpful with setting up an extra futon, and check-in was very painless otherwise. The location is pretty great in terms of being close to the main street in Los Gatos. Plus there's a trail nearby!

Our room didn't get a whole lot of light. Also, some of the furnishings were a bit quaint/ill-fitting, like the shower curtain. Lastly, the bed was somewhat squeaky. None of these were dealbreakers.

We checked in with Patty - she was WONDERFUL! It was easy to find, good parking, and a cute little property! We came out for a concert at Mountain Winery, and this was the perfect location. The room was spacious enough, had a nice little fridge and microwave, plus the plates, etc. The property is pretty. We like the Mediterranean garden feel of it, PLUS it is located right there in town with places all around to eat and drink and shop!

The bed was super comfy but extremely squeaky.That was not so fun, but again, it was comfy. We slept well. I would update things a bit, maybe some newer furniture.

CLEAN ! very helpful and courteous staff,,,even the gardener was pleasant :-) Bed very comfortable...room & grounds were "well groomed" ...had a very cozy feel too. All amenities were well within walking distance. I felt safe too...sincere thanks for an excellent stay.

Room service (in progress I was told) and a few more toiletries...ie extra toothbrush, maybe mouthwash, shower cap ???
