We got upgraded to beach front bungalows - which were amazing! On the beach, a step from the excellent snack bar, 2 steps from the great water park, 3 steps from the dining room and main pool. Beautiful beach! Staff very helpful and most friendly. Great breakfast. All in all - amazing stay, will definitely try to go back.

Dinner in the dining room was not great. There are additionally two restaurants - one Asian - nice, and one Mediterranean - excellent. Try to make reservations upon arrival. Also the floor near and inside the dining room is a bit slippery, and so were the floors of the porches of our rooms - would be good to do something about it.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and genuinely enjoyed every moment of our stay – from the delicious food to the wonderful attitude of the staff. The meals were truly outstanding. I personally love fish, and there was a great variety of fish and seafood dishes available. Everything was fresh and flavorful, including meat ,vegetable and side options. The drinks were of good quality too. We especially loved the beach – the sandy bottom was very clean, with almost no stones. Yes, there were some seaweeds on certain days, but that’s part of nature and didn’t bother us at all. I was able to find a spot on the beach almost every day. We stayed in the annex building, which is for adults only, and it was always peaceful and quiet there. We had no trouble finding sunbeds by the pool, and there was even a private bar. I want to give special thanks to Konstantina, who served us at the bar. She was so kind and attentive – her warm and friendly attitude truly made our holiday even better. On our last day, I accidentally lost a brooch, and Konstantina noticed it, realized it might be mine, and called the reception. Thanks to her, I got it back just in time before our departure – I’m so grateful for her attention to detail and care. The entire staff was very polite and helpful without ever being intrusive, and we always felt there was someone to talk to if needed. Next time we’re in Crete, we will definitely come back to this hotel. We rarely return to the same place twice, but this time we really want to. And one more nice touch – after check-out, the wristbands are not removed, so you can continue to enjoy all the hotel’s facilities (except the room) until it’s time to leave. That was incredibly convenient for us, as our flight was in the afternoon and we had some hours to spend at the hotel after check-out.

Personally, everything was great for me. The only minor thing was that the pillows didn’t feel very comfortable – not the most comfortable I’ve had. Also, at hottest days it was a bit difficult to find a free spot on the beach or by the main pool, as some guests, despite the hotel’s request not to reserve sunbeds with towels, still did so and then left for long periods.

This was the best all inclusive hotel we have ever stayed in. That staff were amazing and helpful. Especially Mirto who worked at one of the bars, such a lovely woman and was amazing with our 3 year old son. She definitely made the holiday what it was for us. Plenty of different options for food with 2 separate restaurants to change things up aswell as the main buffet. The water park was amazing also plenty for our 3 year old to do with some bigger slides for the older kids (and the parents 😉) to enjoy.

Honestly I couldn't fault it. We never go back to the same place twice as we like to see different parts of the world but we are going to try and go back here next year aswell as a new holiday.

I had a great stay! The facilities were well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food—far better than I expected from an all-inclusive. There were plenty of fun activities available throughout the day, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and excellent value for money.

The kids' club could have a bit more variety and engagement. Also, the heated pool, advertised as such, was only 28°C, which didn’t feel warm enough, especially since the other pools were too cold to use comfortably.

The staff was super friendly and professional. The food has a large variety to choose with different options everyday in main restaurant. Every single dish was super fresh and well prepared. The night life also varies from traditional greek dance to a group dance, from a small concert to a mini disco. The seating area around the stage was always full every night before the show starts at 9pm. You will never get bored through a full week of stay. I was invited to a group dance one night and that was the highlight of my stay. The great experience not only came from the fabulous food, fantastic view, extreme comfort, but also from the lively culture and the lovely people.

I honestly loved everything about our stay! What stood out the most was the incredibly warm and genuinely friendly staff 🙏🏻 The food was absolutely delicious and offered great variety — from Greek classics and traditional dishes to family favourites like pizza, chips, burgers, and plenty of ice cream. Our 4-year-old was in heaven! The pools and splash park were fantastic too. You won’t regret booking this hotel!

- should have at least one more big playground - kids pool was super cold. Even sea seemed warmer - kids club activities are just painting. Expected something more interesting - after mini disko once adult entertainment starts, then someone should clear the floor from all the kids. I find it disrespectful to artist and audiance that there are 3-5 kids that keep running around the artist - should improve Mocktails. They are quite simple

We had a room in front of the sea with a private pool. That's amazing for a laid-back vacation. The hotel is great for spending some time with family on the beach. They have plenty of different food. Don't forget to visit the Asian restaurant at least once; a reservation is required. The animation for kids is also good. And I'd like to give my credit to the manager: he is fully dedicated, and I believe it's one of the main reasons why the hotel is so good.

The main building was great, new and clean, modern. We had booked 4 rooms, inclusive one in the annex building which we thought would be in the next building but it was isolated and across the street, so not that great given you had to walk up and down for changing cloths under the sun. It was a main road as well that one had to cross so not great as many cars drive by day time. We asked the hotel if you could change the room and stay with the rest of the family but we’re told the hotel was fully booked. So apart from this everything else was great, very nice food, very clean facilities, modern and impressive design, felt very safe even walking at night around the hotel complex. The entertainment was good, too. There were nice coffee and bar areas near the beach which we found later during our stay and the coffee was much better than in the main restaurant. Asian restaurant was great, we tried twice and were pleased.

There should be more information on the building marked as annex so that guests have appropriate expectations. The beach was not that impressive. The hotel could improve the beach area by investing some money and cleaning the bottom of the sea near the beach, it was very dirty and unpleasant to go in. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool outside. The sea most of the time was choppy making it hard to swim. Next to the hotel there was a better beach, not belonging to the hotel but we spent some time in there.
