breakfast not included is big negative for the price

At this price, you should include breakfast and for heavens sake DO NOT EXPECT ANYONE TO PAY $3 FOR A BOTTLE OF WATER IN THE ROOM. While a nice room, compared to other stays recently, it seems over priced. I realize the market determines your price point Not complaining about the staff, they were always helpful when needed.

Room was very clean. Breakfast included with our room; hot/cold buffet was very good. Easy checkin & checkout. Convenient location to all areas of interest.

A hold was put on my account for cost of room rate (normal) but also an additional $150 dollars. This should be explained more thoroughly prior to checkin or at checkin. When I questioned it, none of the staff had a good explanation. In the room we noticed mold in cooling unit vents. And the sheets were old & didn't stay on the bed well.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient to what we had planned to do while we were there. I would definitely stay here again.

The only thing I would say is the indoor walkway was closed off which would have been an issue in bad weather and the parking isn't the greatest.

A Wonderful location... Q Casino and Houlihan's restaurant on site. Also, the breakfast/ buffet available at the Hilton Garden Inn was tasty, convenient and reasonably priced. Kudos to the courteous, friendly staff!

I found some aspects of QRcode info confusing.

Great experience! The staff was very friendly, our hotel room and pool area were clean and I loved that we were asked if we had a preference as to which floor we wanted to stay on. I will definitely be looking into staying at other Hilton Garden hotels for future traveling.

Location, casino, food walks.

Two exits out of lot to the driveway to get to the road. Open up one more in the middle. Could make walking path alo e water.

Location was great.

Staff has double billed me for the two rooms. They took a credit card for the 2nd room from our friend, But they billed me for both rooms. They called our friend and got the credit card number, but continue to charge my credit card.

The room was clean and comfortable. Location to downtown Dubuque was close and easily accessible. Very convenient for travel East after our stay.

No complaints. Staff were friendly and helpful.

A few more breakfast options would be nice. Breakfast potatoes were dry.

Everything in the hotel was satisfactory. We didn't realize the attached restaurant was closed on Mondays so we had to rush at the last minute to find a place to eat.

Overall, this place was great it was clean, rooms were big clean, bed was comfort & friendliness. it's been a while since we been taken and overnight trip, was very satisfied.

Only complaint I had was kids running up & down the halls in & out the doors, pretty noisy.I think the parents have been supervised their children.
