This is a large hotel with all the comforts that this implies. I had a room on an upper floor, which was nice because traffic outside is very heavy and often loud and I think that would have been a problem on a lower floor. The view of the Andes mountains was lovely from my room. Breakfast was plentiful and good, and the food in the bar area was tasty and arrived in a good time. It was the academic winter break during my visit, so the hotel was very full and very busy with families and groups coming and going all the time--but there was plenty of staff on hand to deal with everyone and it all seemed to be very well organized and run. The gym was well equipped for short-term stays, although it has windows along one side and got warm with the late afternoon sun. This hotel is within easy walking distance of the Manquehue metro stop and there are a large number of restaurants and shops and the Apumanque shopping mall in the area, in addition to a large park right across the street, so it really has it all.

The selection of breads at breakfast could have been better--Chile has wonderful fresh bread, but the rolls on offer were small in size and limited in variety.

The hotel is clean and has a good location. The beds are quite comfortable. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The breakfast is quite varied and fresh. The swimming pool in the upper storey has a nice view of the nearby park and mountains.

The bathtub was a bit high and slippery. It is necessary to hold the metal bar to exit the bathtub so as not to slip and fall or hit something with your knee.

We were a day early because our flight did managed to arrive on time inspite of delays, we were given a room same as the one we booked so we did not have to change rooms. Front desk were efficient and very friendly. Thank you! We can recommend the hotel highly! Great location to one of the biggest mall which is only 15 mins away on foot. Safe location too! All the hotel staff were very friendly! If ever wewill be avle to stay in Santiago again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel!

Very good location near to park, shopping center, supermarket /cafes etc Metro station to downtown and main sites a short 10 minute walk away. Clean and spacious room. Very good breakfast with wide variety. Friendly staff always on top of things to keep everything well stocked and clean. Front desk very professional and willing to assist with specific requests.

pool is narrow and water was very cold

Room was adequate, I liked that it was always bright, big windows and the availability of a coffee machine. Location is very good, with some places near and easy to access as shoppings and markets. I liked the executive menu.

The frigobar in the room was empty, I miss bottle water since I worked one day in the hotel room and I had to stop to get water out.

Breakfast, cleanness, location

The staff manager upon arrival was not helpful to provide two beds instead of one for one of the rooms, even when we asked for it 5h before. It’s hard to believe the hotel does not have this capability and in the end my guests believed was more a problem of helpfulness of the manager than a technical issue. This damped the whole experience

Rooms are very nice. Breakfast is very well stocked with fruits, coffee and great options for food. The location is absolutely fantastic, near a wonderful, large park.

Check-in staff can be a little challenging. Concierge are not very helpful and will try to book expensive private cars for transport. Better value simply using Uber black.

Overall a great stay! The room was spacious, clean, great view, and had excellent WiFi. The rooftop swimming pool(s) is excellent and a great addition to the stay. Room service was particularly good, we really enjoyed the food, and breakfast was also of good quality! Staff was also very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is in a lovely area too.

It's just a pet hate, but when you have a bath in the room, which we specifically requested, but don't have a plug in the room in order to be able to actually use the bath. I came up with a solution, and when we requested a plug, there was a bit of a language barrier and they brought us a plug adaptor for the wall and not a plug for a bath. But, in general, if there is a bath in the room and you are advertising it,, a plug should be in there.

Nothing dramatic unless the outside swimming pool is very narrow. Paid more than what was stated in the booking due to local taxes for a foreigner.

When I entered my room, the TV was not working because it was not connected. One light was also not working and the bulb had to be changed. I called the maintenance and they fixed it, but I think the hotel should also check this itself. The swimming pool door was very difficult to move, they should repair it. Overall, a nice hotel, but already a bit "old".
