Great location, modern property, good breakfast, held our luggage before room was ready, and the day of checkout so we could go sightseeing.

Confusion checking in with various staff at front desk. Went through the checkin process about 1:00 PM, which was lengthy, only to be told there were no clean rooms. We were told we could wait, which we did, only to be told we couldn’t check in until 3:00 PM regardless. We could have done something else with our time, rather than sitting there. When we came back about 6:00 PM, we had to start the checkin process all over again! We enjoyed breakfast - lots of fresh fruit, fresh juices, pastries, and other choices. Can’t recommend dinner in the restaurant- not good at all.

Excellent hotel, very well maintained. Very quiet room, comfortable bed, beautiful view, excellent location. Just one block from the Costanera Center. Very good breakfast.

Time-consuming check-in

Friendly, helpful staff and excellent breakfast. Location is great and we loved the view from our window. Nice waterfall shower in the bathroom and good housekeeping. We arrived early in the morning after a long journey and asked if there was a room available for us. We had paid for a premium room, but there was a regular room available right then, which they allowed us to check in early and without extra fees becuase it was technically a downgrade. Really appreciated the front desk staff accommodating us. Great first impression at a lovely hotel. The lobby is beautiful too.

The room felt a little run down. It was definitely clean, but still felt a little dirty if that makes sense. The shower didn’t drain well. The one time we ordered room service at 6:30pm for a 7pm delivery, it didn’t arrive until after 8pm and we couldn’t get ahold of anyone (even the front desk) by phone.

The breakfast had a lot of different options to choose from - everything was tasty. The gym and pool areas were never crowded during my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very plain with no decor, but the nice city view of Costanera Tower made up for it. The location is great - nearby the subway, bus stops, and it was an easy Uber ride to the airport when I was leaving.

Unlucky that I was unable to check-in early since my flight arrived early in the morning. I stored my luggage and explored nearby Providencia until the scheduled check-in time.

Central location, easy to access shops and the cable car attraction. Welcome water. Rooms on high floors with good views over the city. Ability to store our luggage after checkout for a few hours. Pre-paid transport to the airport from a hotel driver.

Some of the reception staff need better English-speaking skills. Communication was not always clear, leading to errors and misunderstanding. We did NOT like the coffee machines in the breakfast room, dreadful coffee, undrinkable. No fresh or UHT milk in the room to have with the coffee machine in the room. The pool was uninspiring. There were no tourist maps available from reception - for those of us who travel without international mobile data and can't use our phones for navigation, paper maps are an essential tool. We had three people in our room and each time the house staff only put two towels in the bathroom. Twice I had to ask for an extra towel, even after they had added a trundle bed. It's a small thing but it should be automatic.

The location was excellent, in a really good neighborhood (Las Condes), the hotel layout is really nice and the staff was super helpful to solve any issues. Swimming pool of reasonable size and warm! Excellent to finish the day. I want to highlight the awesome customer service of front officer @Gabriela Herrera and front manager @Miguel Romero to come to my rescue when I needed and solved problems efficiently.

Great location. Shopping mall right next door and lovely restaurant within short distance walks. Super friendly staff aswell :) One of my favourite places to stay in Santiago!

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. I was really disappointed with how much the breakfast has changed and what was on offer. Breakfast service was one of my favourite attractions to this place but sadly it’s just not the same anymore with very little to offer in comparison to be before. And the poor 2 ladies on service. I think you need more staff to help them. They were very very busy, there was very little out such as glasses, foods etc and a worker was very hard to find to ask for something.

Reception did its best to get us an early checkin since we arrived after a long flight. Location opposite to Costanera centre and close to metro proved to be excellent.

In four nights the aircon stopped working twice, both times it was repaired the next day but we got the impression it needs a structural repair. Minibar has no bottle opener so forget that nice fresh beer when you get back in the room ;-)

The location, the breakfast, and the professionalism of the staff.

Nothing to mentioned here, the only thing that we missed was a radiant flooring heating system and a heat towel hack. Santiago is a cold city in the Winter, this small amenities can bring more comfortable to the guests.

Nice property, very clean with great aircon. Breakfast was average with more pastries than hot meals. Coffee was a complete disaster with it looking more like porridge than coffee. Location was fantastic close to a major shopping centre.
