The hotel is very nice. The pools are very inviting. They did a good job with the included breakfast. Pretty much anything you need is within walking distance.

The only thing that made me raise my eyebrows was a bartender at the pool bar. There is a drink of the day each day. They have a little booklet that tells you what the drink is for the day. Usually the drink of the day is at a little discount. Well, not here. My wife wanted the "Friday's drink" on Thursday even knowing it would be at full price(big deal, right😐). The bartender said he could not make the drink because it was Friday's drink and it was only Thursday. This caught me off-guard and I said "huh?" I'm disbelief. This was a full bar--why wouldn't/couldn't he make a drink that was ordered. I found this to be really odd. This was the only negative with the resort.

the room was superb and the private pool was lush, bed was super comfy and all the staff were so nice!!! they even gave me a cake and sang for my birthday.

restaurant is overpriced, !!!! private pool was super dirty and other hotel rooms can see directly into it !!!!not accessible in monsoon season as the hotel floors get super wet making it very dangerous. area is quiet but okay.

This hotel (opened in aug 2023) is brand new and the room we had was nicely decorated, with a balcony overlooking the pool and a spacious bathroom. There is a big closet for hanging clothes. The reception was helpful to organise transport to the airport (300bth). It is amazing that you can be only 10 min away from the airport and already in such a holiday vibe at this hotel, that is on the street across from the beach! Btw, we did not hear the planes. The beach is gigantic and there is a strip with restaurants and food stands (all walking distance).

I liked the overall look and feel of the hotel . It’s only 7 months old . The rooms are nicely decorated and clean . The gardens and pools are lovely . Its location which is close to the airport makes it ideal for a short stay . Easy access to the beach across the road

A few small problems with the hot water in the shower which will be fixed and the staff are all new and still learning the systems . They are very helpful and friendly so this will improve with more experience

Great stay on Naiyang Beach. We wanted a quiet, comfortable hotel close to the airport for our last couple of nights in Thailand, and Bella Nara delivered. The room was great, with an outstanding A/C unit. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. Swim up bar was a treat.

I think the hotel would benefit from an additional bar that's NOT in the pool! You can order drinks in the restaurant, but it's a bit soulless. Would have been great to have another bar option.

Landed in Phuket flying in from London. Stayed 2 nights so could decompress. Was perfect. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, breakfast was good and we were in the thick of things. Felt like a little oasis amongst it all. Would certainly recommend.

Poor communications from booking.com and hotel regarding needing a cash deposit on check in. Don’t take credit card even though the stay was paid with a credit card. Also poor communication regarding taxis.

For my fourth visit to the beautiful Nai Yang beach, I decided to try the recently (late 2023) constructed Bella Nara Hotel. It didn't disappoint. The facilities are clean, well maintained and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The staff are friendly and the location - just yards from the beach - perfect. This is not an expensive, luxury, five-star hotel, but it offers fabulous value for money, and I'm sure you wo t be disappointed.

Take extra care during a tropical rain storm, as the outdoor walkways can suddenly become very slippy.

Amazing location close to the beach, 2 min walk from the hotel entrance. Free bikes to rent to explore the local area. Great restaurant/ room service food, and plenty of options nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff, even when I said I wanted to extend my stay for a few extra days, they were honest and said I'd get a better price via booking.com than they could offer in the hotel. I got a room upgrade, and had a wonderfully spacious bedroom and walk-in closet, bathroom. Perfect for a romantic getaway as a couple. I loved the balcony overlooking a private pool, enjoyed a few sunsets sat with a cocktail and great book.
