I recently stayed at this hotel and had an excellent experience. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to move around comfortably. The bed was impressively large, and the mattress was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept on in a hotel—it felt like a perfect balance of support and softness. Another highlight was the 24x7 reception service. It’s rare to find such convenience, and the staff went above and beyond—they even offered to make tea or assist with anything I needed late at night. This thoughtful service truly elevated the stay and made me feel at home. The overall atmosphere of the room made it easy to relax after a long day. If you’re looking for a place where you can truly unwind, this hotel is a great choice. I’d definitely stay here again!

While my stay at this hotel had many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks. The location is on the outskirts of the city, which can be inconvenient if you don’t have a car. However, if you’re driving, it’s not a major issue as the area is easily accessible. Another downside was the pillows—they weren’t as comfortable as I’d hoped and didn’t match the quality of the otherwise excellent mattress. Additionally, I had requested a room with a good view while booking, but sadly, I didn’t get one—perhaps because the other rooms were already booked. Overall, it’s a good option, especially if you’re traveling by car, but a bit of improvement in these areas would make it even better.

Excellent value for money. Supermarkets (Lidl, Aldi, Mercadona) nearby. Easy walk into town. Ample parking beside the hotel. Easy arrival by car and good for trips to surrounding towns. Close to bus and train stations though we didn't use them. Good breakfast.

Just a shade on the far side from the old town. An easy walk but not one you would want to do several times per day. However, we knew this when we choose H2 and took into account the free parking beside the hotel and the ease of access when using a car to visit nearby towns.

The beds are very comfortable, top. The parking was just beside the hotel and easy accessible, also for less mobile people, the hotel entrance is easy accessible with a wheelchair. The room was clean and bright. The bath room is foreseen with a spacious shower cabin, top. Wifi speed and reliability was top.

The breakfast didn't offer any warm dish neither eggs nor fresh tomatoes. The airco didn't work at all, the room was very warm.

Clean, smart and spacious room. One would think from the outside that it may be a bit below par, but quite the reverse. Lovely modern room, extremely friendly and accommodating staff, made this a pleasant stay. A bit of a walk into Avila, but nice enough, and not taxing. Plenty of supermarkets in the vicinity made for easy shopping. Couldn't fault it. If you get a front facing room, look out for the sunrise on the mountain, awesome!

We regularly stop on our way down to Granada for the night . The hotel and staff are always very helpful and most of the staff speak English. The hotel is on the outskirts of Avila but easy to get to main attractions like the castle wall. The rooms are comfortable and always clean. Great showers. Parking is free and plentiful. There's a supermarket near to the hotel and restaurants are also near buy . It's a busy hotel and also has its own restaurant.

Almost everything. They do have parking, free garage connected by lift w hotel, with a lot of places and also street parking is safe and can be found even late evening, we arrived around 23h. Really great breakfast, staff was bringing cold cuts all the time, no waiting. Great for 7 euro. I would stay there again.

It is very personal but I really do not like this orange aka road workers protection color .

Very helpful staff. The room was clean. The bed was very comfy. A supermarket and cheap gas station close.

The hotel parking is limited but street parking is free and plenty.

The location was great, we are very happy walking for 20 mins to the walled city, sometimes through the lovely park. Plenty parking on the roads and FREE parking under the hotel. Nice local restaurant and Mercadona a block away. We've booked to stay again.

The hotel is very good: enough parking space, garage, escalator in the building. The rooms are big, there was an air condition, the bath was fully equipped with everything you need.

The location is quite far away from the city center if you are traveling w/o car, but this is very near if you have a car.

Rooms are spacious, comfortable and offer all a traveler may need, including soap dispenser (more of this to avoid single use plastic) in the bathroom. The rest of the property is functional and staff is very helpful.

Parking could be a bit tricky, but managed to always find parking within a couple of minutes from the hotel.
