Located very close to the SBahn station, the Hyatt Place was an excellent place to rest my weary head after 31hrs of travel. The check-in went smoothly - a big thank you to Julio at the reception who managed this well, as I was so exhausted from my travels. The room was very clean, comfortable, with plenty of room, a desk, lounge, and a very smartly hidden iron and ironing board (loved discovering this!). The King sized bed was perfect to recover, I slept well and it was super quiet. Breakfast was excellent too, with a nice mix of German and Western style options. Definitely would stay here again after a long-haul flight!

The only challenge with this area (all hotels & offices) is the limited options for food in the evening outside of the hotel restaurant. I was exhausted so chose to eat in the hotel, but be aware, it's the typical pricing and quality you'd from a hotel restaurant.

There are many new hotels in the Gateway Gardens area near the Frankfurt airport, but the Hyatt Place was the only one that allowed us to receive a parcel (trade show material) in advance of our stay. I want to acknowledge Ken Remorozo for his friendly assistance with the parcel and during check-in. Super high level of service.

Highly regarded by business travellers for its strategic location, efficient service, and comfortable accommodations. Conveniently close to the airport, making it ideal for tight schedules. Smooth check-in process with friendly and professional staffs. As per the room we stayed, it is modern, clean, and soundproof rooms that provide a comfortable stay. Restaurant with a positive breakfast experience. Generally considered a good value given the quality of service and location. Strongly recommended for business travellers.

This hotel has very clean, comfortable rooms at a quite reasonable price. Ours was extremely quiet, and we had a great night's sleep during this stopover from Asia back to New York. It is not actually right at the airport, but is just one metro stop away from the airport, and Frankfurt's metro system is easy to use, even if you speak no German whatsoever. We did actually rush into the train that was already at the station on our way out of the airport, which took us past the Hyatt's stop, but it was a pleasant enough ride and easy to correct by getting out at the first stop and then backtracking on the correct line.

No complaints - everything was as we would want it to be!

The hotel is good. Soundproofing is excellent - we didn’t hear anybody. The room is clean and big. Everything is super new and nice!

Staff. Receptionist didn’t give a damn thing about us and hospitality. At 6-7 AM the staff member started to knock on our door, we were sleeping and didn’t hear, but then my husband woke up and saw that the staff member just entered the room without asking. What!!! He closed the door when he saw our clothes. He knocked again at 10 AM and when we opened it, he said “sorry, wrong room”. Why couldn’t he ask it on reception? That was so disturbing. When we arrived there was some unpleasant smell from bathroom so we opened windows to get rid of it.

We were on a 2 day transit in frankfurt so we chose to stay in a hotel near airport and this was the best . Airport is about 2kms from the hotel , metro station is 150 mts from the hotel and is super easy to travel anywhere . The staff were very helpful and check in / out process was smooth. We did not opt for breakfast . We were 4 in a room, which was big enough so were the bathrooms . A super market is about 400 mts away and with these conveniences the hotel is quite a nice one for a transit passenger .

Being from India we get complementary water bottles and dental kits in every hotel big or small..expected the same but did not find any ..

The hotel fully met expectations. The dinner menu was extensive, with great prices and well presented. The breakfast was amazing, one of the richest I have seen in the hotels I have visited. The room was spacious, and the fitness room well-equipped, allowing me to get some exercise—which is important during a business trip. Good Wi-Fi.

Parking: It wasn't easy to figure out where the entrace was (you enter through an entrance shared with another nearby hotel). However, the biggest issue is the price: €26 from 8:30 PM to 11:00 AM the next day. For me, that's definitely too much.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms exceedingly comfortable, including the bathroom. Breakfast was great, with a good variety very satisfying. We had a problem with the air conditioning and they switched us to another room without batting an eye!

The hotel is not exactly at the airport and requires getting there either by taxi (costing about 20 euros) or a suburban train, which was a bit difficult to locate. We arrived at the hotel station of the train and it was being refurbished and the escalators didn't function that day. That being so, we had to lug our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs ( which was hard since we did too much shopping in Germany!) The hotel and the train system should have placed a notice in the station with the phone number for a porter service, there being no escalator service at the station (even at additional cost- we would have been happy to pay!)

This hotel was conveniently located not far from the city and the airport. Its a very quiet area and there is a small supermarket in walking distance from the hotel

There were very limited stations with English speaking channels. Mainly news and a poor effort for a comedy channel. (Not the hotels fault) This was one reason I moved hotels however as I was not well and was looking for creature comforts. The room was a very comfortable place to retreat too. I couldn't get any of the streaming to work as it would show on the tv from my phone but would not connect with sound. Very frustrating when your not Tech savvy. I must say that the train being around the corner and from the hotel that links straight to the airport was mint. Made transiting very easy and straight forward.

I have stayed at Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport a countless number of times. It is situated at a convenient location (just about two min. by train from Frankfurt International Airport (the hotel is just a short walk from the train stop). The rooms** are large, the beds are comfy, and the restaurant has a good selection of food (though the menu is a bit limited). Breakfast is very good. ** TIP: pick the rooms facing the open space/garden. The front office at Hyatt Place Frankfurt Airport is staffed by a team of exceptional individuals. From Julio to the two others (Uzbek gentleman and the Japanese lady), whose names I regrettably can't recall, are helpful and polite. They make you feel truly cared for. :)
