This was my third stay at Art Hotel Narita. The hotel is conveniently located nearby Narita Airport and provides a free shuttle service to and from. Our room was clean and provided everything we needed, from mini fridge to yukatas (for the onsen), to shampoos, razors and hair brushes. The best part about this hotel is its amenities — the onsen is not to miss (just 700 JPY more for hotel guests), as well as the hotel breakfast buffet, which offers both western and Japanese foods! There is also a Family Mart located within the hotel. The hotel's outdoor garden/forest space is great for a short walk, too.

The hotel is under renovation so some parts of the hotel may be closed. Also, there is a gym that is free for hotel guests to use, however, it is a *very* basic gym and does not have great ventilation.

All the staff within the hotel were incredibly friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From ordering taxis to providing a quality dining experience. The onsite 24hr Convenience Store was amazing, offering great variety at an affordable price. Many staff spoke in English to us to support with purchases, and we sincerely appreciated their kindness. Buffet breakfast was an affordable inclusion and the food was delicious. Complimentary shuttle bus services ran late into the evening, meaning that we often were able to book trains to the Narita airport and catch one to travel directly back to accommodation of a night time.

The room was older and due for refurbishment. Small TV, though it wasn't an issue as we barely used it due to being out most of the day.

Close to airport and free airport shuttle service provided to the guest that's a plus point. Stayes for only one night so didn't explore any of the hotel facilities. They provide with microwave to heat food ,so you can carry you food if on a late arrival.

The buffet breakfast was expansive and delicious. Some of the best French toast ever! Japanese ams western style with an egg chef and automatic pancake maker. Great assortment of salads, veggie options, and some fruit. Pastries and desserts were fresh. The coffee machines made strong cappuccino The outside space in the onsen was wonderful and not too crowded, with a rock pool, herbal pool and a bronze private tub. I didn't realize they also had spa services, but they were booked up by the time I wanted to make a reservation We had a room with 4 twins and there was still good space in the room, with a great view of the forest and airport. It was dated but clean and the Yukata robes provided were long and comfortable. Staff at check in were warm and efficient. Having a Family Mart in the hotel was so convenient! This was a great stay before our flight homw and we'd definitely do it again.

The rooms were a bit dated.

The bus shuttle is every hour to hotel before 5pm, after 5pm is every 30mins from Narita bus stop terminal 27. Earlier bus to airport 4.40am and 5.30am with 40 capacity and usually pack, was told Subsequent capacity will reduce to 20 pax. Rooms is old, finishes need minor refurbishment but smell fresh. Toilet were sparkling clean. Beds are 4tf for single. Shampoo and bath gel were good grade product. As we are rushing, not able to feel the Onsen. Next time will dropby.

The wall paper could stick back, door paint peel off and could be touched up.

The room was in the recently renovated wing and was a good "business hotel" room, well appointed and neither big nor small (for Japan). I really liked the onsen available at a modest price to guests (w/ outdoor heated bath & cold bath) and I liked the nature paths through the adjacent forest patch. The breakfast buffet is ok and in a nice space. I also liked the shuttle bus to/from Narita Station (the town is well worth a visit). There is also a shuttle to/from NAR, but I didn't use it.

At first we were given a terrible room in the old wing with 3 twin beds at angles crammed in and literally not an inch between them. Very shabby. I requested a better room and got one in the newer wing. I'm not sure if it was because I was there for only 1 night or maybe got too much of a deal online, but it surprised me to be initially given such a room when the hotel was far from full. Once this issue was corrected, I loved the hotel.

Stayed in family room, which was essentially two conjoined rooms with one bathroom. Large enough for two adults and two toddlers, but only comfortable for a short stay. Crib was provided for a fee. The buffet options for breakfast/lunch/dinner were plentiful, with lots of options; it was on the pricier side, but kids under 4 ate free. Free shuttle to and from airport. Was perfect for a one-night stay before our flight the following day. Onsen was a nice treat, but only for those without tattoos.

The hotel seemed quite fancy, but the room was obviously old and outdated. Cleanliness was not great. The vents and filters were full of dust, so when the air turned on, it blew everywhere. The lunch and dinner buffet were the exact same food, but the price for dinner was more.

It was great to have the shuttle bus take us back and forth to the airport. The hotel was surprisingly quiet and surrounded by greenery, including a nice garden path and natural pond out back. We didn't take advantage of the self-serve laundry or the spa since we were there just one night. We made use of the Family Mart which was super conveniently located in the lobby of the hotel. We would definitely stay there again!

We were a bit surprised that the restaurant buffet breakfast and lunch would have added up to the cost of the (very reasonably priced) room with no a la carte options available, but I'm sure they're excellent meals. Actually twice the cost when you factor in 2 people. We made do with the Family Mart.

The staff members were excellent, receptionists and even the lady at the family mart connected to the hotel. They were the most polite and friendly staff members in my 4weeks stay in Japan. Since I have booked the twin room with an extra bed with the very reasonable deal, our room was a bit old style and not many charging area. But the room is big enough to open the suitcases and the beds are quite comfortable and big enough. You can have a hot spring bath with extra cost of 700yen. Free shuttle bus comes on time from and to Natita airport. They will send you the bus time schedule by Email once you make a booking. .

Stayed in a triple room - 3 kids and 2 adults. Beds were comfy enough and the room size was bigger than expected compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Staff are very friendly. Check in process was quick and simple. The convenience of the shuttle bus - pick up/drop off at Narita airport station - so next time if I return, I will be staying here again for the shuttle bus. The 24hr family mart downstairs made getting food late at night vey easy. ATM in the convenience store made it easy to withdraw cash in JPY as it takes international cards.
