The room was amazing with a balcony, the shower big but not very clean since there were a lot of mold there. The breakfast was ok. Mostly cake and sweet things, but the eggs you can order as u wish and they were top!!! The pool was amazing and you can use the pool 24/7 wich was very nice. We loved this Hotel and the area and the restaurants next to that Hotel were amazing too

The mold in the bathroom was not ok for a 5 star Hotel. The fridge is too small and not cold at all. And its not ok to take 20 Euro a day for a dog, which doesnt use or need anything in that Hotel. This is redicioulos. Other Hotels we were in, didnt take extra charge for an animal, that doenst use any of the Hotels services as it is an animal.

The hotel is in a wonderful location, across the road from the lake and so you can split your time between their gorgeous clean pool or the amazing lake. Everyone was very friendly , the room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was delicious. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend.

We found it slightly annoying to have to wear swimming caps in the pool and that we couldn't take the pool towels to the lake but these were small things as really we had a great time!

The hotel was great! The location was amazing - it was a 2 minute walk from the front door of the hotel to the lakeshore and only a 10-15 minute walk to the historic center of town and lots of restaurants. The pool was large and beautiful. The room was very clean and the hotel staff were great. The breakfast was a pretty standard Italian hotel breakfast (fruits, pastries, meats and cheeses, and the option to order eggs).

Overall we loved the property, but being nitpicky, the pillows weren’t very comfortable and it could be a little noisy from the hallway. That being said, we would stay here again.

Horrible massage .My husband and I had a couple massage and we had the worst experience! “ massage al oilio “ the therapists put 2 liter oil on our body with no technics of a Therapist !! Nightmare !

Almost everything: the location close to the lake, the pool is amazing, the place is very quiet, teh staff. The dinner has been very tasty, as well the breakfast. The room very spacious, as well the bathroom

The bed was not so confortable, it looked like the spring mattress (usually I prefer latex mattress) was quite aged, the only way to sleep was to stay in the middle. Also the door of the bathroom was not perfect. I mean the hotel was excellent, but you expect perfection from a 5 star hotel

Amazing 10/10 stay! The staff was incredibly kind and the place is absolutely beautiful! The lake is a few steps from the hotel and the walk to the town is also very close! It was the perfect place for our Anniversary celebration for my husband and I! We can’t wait to return!

service was excellent. Staff were fantastic and very accommodatiing. Room was large as was bathroom. and always kept clean, serviced daily.

The hotel is a beautiful building in lovely grounds. The outdoor swimming pool and surrounding area are gorgeous.

The hotel offers lunch but apparently has no kitchen. We ordered a simple lunch of salads but they took over an hour to arrive. To be fair we got a free glass of wine as compensation
