The spa area needed staff to stop children using the adult only facilities. The housekeeping staff were very good except on the last day they threw wife's medication away. The rooms with sea views were exceptional. The sunset and crystal clear waters amazing. The breakfast buffet was unfortunately luke warm most mornings, but there was a very good selection. The on-site restaurant, like all the restaurants in town were very expensive. Alcohol is also expensive. The hotel is in a good location, with a bus stop just outside complex, with a No.6 bus to the old town about a 15 minute journey away. Although in high season this apparently takes a lot longer. A short walk into town along a very picturesque coastal pathway. We had a very nice overall stay and would definitely go back.

The staff were extremely kind and we enjoyed our mini vacation to the full potential thanks to them. Our room had an amazing view which was equally impressive at night as it was during the day. We liked the fact that the furniture was masive, made of real wood which is quite rare in today's plastic world. Having two bathrooms, of which one had a large bath with good heating, was really a huge plus. I would recommend booking a sea view room. The Restaurant had a limited menu but good quality while the breakfast buffet had enough of options. At the breakfast ask the staff to make you real espresso or whatever coffee you prefer because the automatic coffee machine makes a burnt/bitter version. We were impressed by the kindness and helpfulness from the receptionist Stefan who helped us on numerous occasions as well as the kind waiter called Matija. I would like to thank them for making our stay even more enjoyable.

I was going to write a few comments, but then I thought... It's not worth mentioning, the hotel was quite enjoyable.

Breakfast was a very nice experience. All the staff are so pleasant and helpful and the choice/standard of the food is great. I would like to have had a hot chocolate but didn't ask for it, so maybe they may have provided. The Bar at Rocks is fabulous, as is the location of it. The Bed linen and pillows were of an exceptional standard, as was the cleaning of the room.

More milk in the fridge needed. Only one tiny pot is left. Decaffeinated coffee/tea sachets as well as herbal varieties would be good too. The espresso Coffee pods in our room ranged from 2 to 4 or none being left, we would have liked 4 each day. Also Washing up liquid and tea towel would have been handy.

We were very happy with the suite and accomodations. In 2019, our family stayed at the same hotel, Royal Princess,Dubrovnik, and we decided tocome back again this year! Buffet breakfast has wonderful options and the staff is excellent. Also, seaview suite was great! One disappointment for this year 2024, Princess pool was closed and there were no chairs or lounge chairs on the premises by the sea.As a family, we love to be outdoors, and that limited our time by your beautiful coastline.

Location and views of the sea from the room Room was large, clean and everything worked well The local bus routes (4 and 6) were great for getting to the Old Town and back (€2.50 per adult per journey)

Communication could have been better (about local amenities and the time of restaurants opening / closing times) Not much for the kids to do, the children's pool was not suitable and no park / entertainment

Super spacious room with really comfy bed - we especially loved the glorious view of the sea and the bay, really breath-taking. Amazing spread to choose from at breakfast buffet. Nice pools. Beautiful sunset views, and lovely bars and restaurants to enjoy. Stunning turquoise sea to swim in. Just a wonderfully relaxing place. We had a suite which worked perfectly for us and our primary-school aged son - he had a very comfortable sofa bed in the 'living room' space with his own bathroom, while we had the main bedroom and bathroom (also, he loved the breakfasts!).

Nothing, really!

Beautiful hotel and location. Excellent breakfast and Spa facilities. Very helpful staff.

I had booked several rooms for my party and while rooms at the front matched our expectations., we found that some of rooms at the rear were worse than others ; some had bins next to to terrace space and that it is not really suitable for a hotel of that standard, perhaps bins should be placed elsewhere. Some rooms overlooked the carpark, hence should be classified differently from the rest in that category/price. Some of the guests therefore decided to upgrade, but the difference in price was rather steep and ended up being much more expensive than what we had paid for sea view via booking. Communication between staff teams could also improve for the sake of clarity and consistency.

The location is exceptional, the view of the bay and the islands is breathtaking. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Room was spacious and had an amazing balcony overlooking the sea.

The prices were quite high, both for the room and the facilities like the restaurant and spa. We expected everything to be top notch but the room had some serious wear and tear, the locker didn't work and the airco didn't work well. The food in the restaurants was alright but nothing special.

The hotel is part of a resort, so there are a lot of facilities around (though as we visited in the off-season most were closed). The views on the ocean side of the hotel are incredible. The staff were very helpful and courteous, they helped us in every way they could. The complimentary toiletries are great quality. The bed was really comfortable. Food at breakfast and in the restaurant was quite good. The sauna was great. Getting the bus into town was quite easy though takes a little walk to the bus stop. Taxis easily available too.

The hotel is a little old but in fair condition. Part way through our visit the weather turned bad, being on the top floor we heard banging on the roof - perhaps some damaged roofing blowing in the wind. So maybe some maintenance required. We ended up moving down a floor to a similar room and the noise from the roof wasn’t a problem but the fire stop door in the hallway was a bit noisy. Luckily the hotel was quite quiet so it wasn’t much of a bother. The suite has a kitchenette including hot plate, sink, kettle, coffee machine (you must purchase pods), and one room had a microwave. There was absolutely no cooking utensils, pots pans or cleaning supplies so the kitchen wasn’t very useful. We were able to heat up leftovers but not much more than that without equipment.

The staff are absolutely amazing, so lovely and kind. The room was gorgeous, so spacious and the view was beautiful. The food was absolutely excellent also

I was a little disappointed that the hotel closed off the beach and pool areas on the last day we were there. This was explained to me that it was end of the season, however if your still taking guests surely, the facilities could be kept there for them.
